When we got it home and open, the chaor/box appeared to have been opened, repacked, and resealed before. No packing list of parts and no instructions for assembly. We don't even know of all the parts were there. We returned to BestBuy store for easy refund, but very disappointed at what we received as our purchase.

Budget chair that gets the job done

The cushion is contoured and seems to be the right density for extended use. It doesn't have all the adjustments of pricier models, but it has the adjustments you need, including height adjustment on the armrests, very useful for a computer desk. I do notice a little squeaking in places, I'm not worried about it breaking but some of the mechanics feel clumsy like where the back attaches to the base or where you adjust the armrests. If you have more money you can do better. If not, I'd call this good enough.

Perfect Office Chair

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Chair was great until the gear to keep the back locked in place BROKE after 3 months, causing the back to fall as soon as you lean on it. Tried to contact Best Buy for help, they said go to manafacturer. So i contact the manufacturer for the 2 year warranty and they refuse to answer my calls or reply to my emails. Go back to best buy and they said sorry we cant help. If you want a chair that will break in 3 months and both companies refuse to fix it, this is the one for you!
