This massage chair has various functions. I can choose the type of massage I want and adjust the intensity from gentle to strong. It also has voice control, but it doesn't seem to work very well. However, as a massage chair, its performance is excellent. Before buying this massage chair, I went to a Best Buy store to try it out, but it wasn't available at any Best Buy store. I was disappointed that I couldn't try it before buying, especially since it's expensive. The Best Buy website stated that delivery would only be to the front door, so I called customer service to ask if they would deliver it to my second-floor apartment. They said they would, so I ordered the chair (from the massage chair company, not Best Buy). I then emailed the massage chair company again to confirm that they would deliver it to the second floor. They replied that I needed to contact the third-party delivery company. I received an email from the delivery company asking for delivery information, including the time of delivery. I wrote that three delivery men would be needed to carry it to the second floor and that the stairs were not difficult. However, when the delivery men arrived, they knew nothing about the delivery information I had provided and said they could only deliver it to the first floor. I asked the delivery men to carry it to the second floor, and they did for $160. The chair was very heavy, and two men struggled to carry it up to the second floor. I am grateful to those two delivery men. After that, I had to assemble the chair myself, but it wasn't difficult. What I want to say is that it would be great if they had a sample of the chair available in stores for customers to try, and if they offered clear delivery options that could be selected on the website.
