Had got the laptop when it was on a discount.The laptop is very heavy .But its worth each and every penny spent.The FX customization are amazing and .Just love the space allotments. A little noisy at times but with so much high specification and processes in function just can't complain about it.

This laptop is a beast. Feels as powerful as a desktop of the same spec. It’s easily able to run every game I can throw at it with buttery smooth frame rates on maximum settings. Fans do run during gaming, but aren’t annoying, or loud at all. The laptop doesn’t get overly hot either: both CPU/GPU remain in the 60’s C when under heavy load ie. recent games such at Battlefield 5. This is a heavy brick of a unit, but given its purpose that is appropriate. It’s very well made, and should stand up to years of use. After 5 weeks of use I can say that I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This computer is in general very bulky and heavy to carry around, no doubt about it. However, the performance does makes up for it. I saw many reviews trying to choose the right computer. Iv always been a Lenovo but wanted to try out something new.The RGB lights on this computer are awesome so many comments about them wherever I go, they just ask for attention. Overall great performance, I do light gaming needed a new computer that could handle heavy programs for engineering while also looking nice and useful for other things. Wouldn’t be afraid to drop anything on it since it is super tough on the outside. Perhaps the only downside is the battery life. It’s hard to get much out of it on pure battery I seem to find myself plugged in every time I use it.

I’ve had many well spec’d Laptops, but this was the first true gaming rig. It chews through any video editing or gaming scenario better than the ultra book i7’s that look good on paper. However, this computing power definitely comes at the cost of much lower battery life. A few hours tops with any performance tasks, but the job’s done. Durable and quality construction. Still looks brand new after a year of abuse. The shortcut keys on the left come in handy - especially since they have a few banks. I plan to add the 3rd drive for more storage eventually. All in all, the best performer I’ve seen, but not for work on the go due to very low battery life. That’s where I grab my Dell Inspiron i7.

The computer is awesome. it works well and is fairly easy to set up. I have not had any issues thus far. It does run hot so make sure its on a surface with good ventilation. Great components for gaming.

It seems to work well so far. Had bought a computer that I had to exchange twice due to it not being able to connect to WiFi after doing driver updates. This computer has not had hay issue yet

this laptop is great, super fast, boots up fast and can use immediately, no lag after boot, it is fully responsive. it is super big so not good for portability, and had to buy a 18" laptop bag for it

Excellent laptop for gaming, very reliable, high performance. Only bad thing is its weight

The computer had nothing but problems right out the box. It could not find the 1T storage build into the computer, it would give me the blue screen and shut down at any given time. I had to send it back to Dell to get it fixed. Almost three years later and I still get the blue screen and it shuts down on me. For almost $3,000 I would have expected more from Dell. Next time I will buy a Windows laptop.

Has the speed & graphics I was hoping for. It was time for faster, better, computer.

Awsum computer with even more awsum options. The computer itself is a little heavy to carry around but has great performance. Really neat how the side and all lite up and the lite colors are really cool.

Love my new lap top. Excited by the power contained in its small size. Fast processing, ample memory, vibrant screen display and graphics.

I highly recommend buying an Alienware computer, especially if you're into PC gaming! I don't regret my purchase at all.
