I think my laptop is very good and everything is perfect

It has great graphics and memory. I also like that it has so many great light features and ways to customize them. The whole computer has many customizable features which I like a lot.

You can feel the quality just touching this machine. Runs games and tasks super fast. Bought two of these on sale for my sons and am pleased with the good quality of Alienware laptops.

This computer is ok but has loud fan noise and crashes at least once a day. It is extremely heavy and doesn't fit into a normal computer bag for a 15 inch laptop.

It's still huge, still loud, and still has that enormous (and ugly) hinge on the back, but the Alienware 15 is much more manageable and roadworthy than its 17-inch sibling. This is the size to get.

This laptop handles AAA titles and is at a fair price even with the Alienware logo, normally I would have avoided the brand but the quality here is matching the price and that is all i I ask for!

Great machine. Had some issue initially with detection of the SSD but updated drivers cures this. Runs Oculus Rift easily, great graphics.

So far I've been very pleased with this PC. Very fast, great graphics and sound, everything I could have hoped for from a gaming PC.

The hardware specs are unreal. Some people feel overwhelmed with the dimensions and weight of this device but it’s for the good - durability and most importantly air circulation are key. It literally handles any game at full settings without any hiccups and reasonable FPS.

Exceeded my expectations. Operates smoothly. Quiet while performing. A little heavy, but I don't have to worry about it sliding around. Color and sound are mesmerizing.

It's my first "gaming laptop", but i brought it because I needed a computer to take with me to a class and create presentations away from home. I brought COD WWII fo entertainment and rented a few movies from the Microsoft store App. The only flaw is that it doesn't have a cd/blueray player. This laptop performed awesome and handled anything and everything like a walk in the park w/o overheating or anything. Also the colorful custom accent lights to decorate the laptop to the user's on taste is pretty unique and awesome too. Its an extraordinary laptop that doesnt disappoint and i'm really glad i brought it.

Runs whatever I've thrown at it. Fan gets a little loud when running games on high settings.

Strong laptop the more then runs all I want. Can throw out a lot of heat but that means the fans are doing their job. I would buy a different product from them

Beast of a laptop. Does get hot and it is heavy but I got a great price on it so I’m thrilled with it

The laptop ran great. The video card just as great but the whole package just ran hot. It also was a magnet for fingerprints!!

I bought this laptop to be my first high power/computing device after always buying budget laptops. I have to say, the speed is remarkable. I bought this laptop for two purposes, reliability for the career search after relocating especially since my focus is on seeking a remote position. Otherwise, I also wanted to learn the basics regarding the process of cryptocurrency mining which although is ongoing this has definitely supported that goal. I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with this device. Finally a computer that meets every current expectation.

This is second Alienware I bought. The first one I bought was 17". It was huge, so I wanted to try smaller 15.6". I find it is much easier to carry around. I use external monitor for gaming, so the size of the laptop monitor doesn't really matter.

It is way too heavy to be a portable laptop. Hurts your back carrying it in a backpack, but it is fast enough for all modern games at 1920 x 1080

The laptop is good. It has a solid build and the hardware is top notch. The customization options are excellent--you have rgb down the sides of the laptop!!! So what are the downsides? For such a heavy laptop, you would expect some of that heft to be used on the heatsink...but that doesn't seem to be the case. Moreover, the ssd is a bit on the small side.
