I’m suprised of the power of this unit. It can play many demanding games with great FPS. The physical build is solid, but my only regret is not getting a model with a higher SSD storage. I’m fully satisfied with this purchase especially with the open box discount.

Excellent gaming laptop, 100% recommendable.......

My old Alienware computer is 6 years old and the Geek Squad has it running like new. I knew I would need a new computer soon so I bought an Alienware laptop. As long as I can afford them, that's all I'll buy, especially with the kind of support I get from Geek Squad.

This is a amazing gaming laptop! I wanted to have a portable machine that was on par with my desktop rig, for the time I got this (sales price) with some bestbuy certificates, this was pretty darn close! I do alot of Vr now a days and this thing kills it!

it is suitable for college students ,players. My friends always like playing mine.

Excellent computer/great look for strong intermediate play. Price point a bit high for this level, but provides a little extra cool with the performance. High probability it's great for higher levels of play, too, but we are not using it for that, yet.

This is by far the best laptop at its class. The other similarly-priced laptops, although most are cheaper, do not have the premium feel of the Alienware. The build-quality rivals that of macbooks in terms of finish and materials used as casing.

Its a lot of money but its worth every penny. I tell all my friends

I work 6 to 9 he a day with heavy programs like grasshopper,cad, for arquitecture and try with Apple, no luck after several hours the computer collapsed but with Alienware its perfect it last for ever with those funs

Built like a tank and stays cool while gaming. 75C CPU and 64 GPU. Around 85 fps Witcher 3 on ultra! (Hairwork off) 850mbs wifi. 60hz gsync screen very bright. Great laptop.

This laptop has great graphics and a wonderful keyboard. My wife had a huge excel file that pulled down our Macs and the Alienware blew through it. We did have to update the drivers for graphics and wifi. The biggest issue with this laptop is the heat. A wonderful cooling system was put on the back that not only keeps the core temperature lower, but also prevents it from fitting in most 15" laptop bags and adds 2 pounds of weight. The weight, size, and extra drive bays make this an excellent portable desktop.

We have an Alienware desktop computer and knew we wanted a Alienware laptop so it was roughly the same graphics and power. I'd recommended spending the extra money to get this laptop over the competitors!
