The HP crashed in two weeks, wouldnt boot up. My son said the lenovo was slow and bulky. Hes happy with the alienware’s design and processing speeds for when he games. Its a bit more pricey but it would be worth it if your planningto keep it awhile

Solid laptop, with some issues

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Without using this brand new PC for anything taxing (like streaming, games, etc), the battery life is not good so far. After 1st set of updates, system removed my pin. Then, facial recognition had to be set up again (after it was already working fine). Geek Squad already uninstalled McAfee's 30 day trial. PC has some power, good screen, need to see it perform like a gaming PC while being taxed harder!
