Great item overall. The 16" 2.5K display looks sharp and smooth, and the Intel Core Ultra 9 with the RTX 5070 handles gaming and multitasking with no issues. Load times are fast thanks to the 2TB storage and 32GB of memory, and the design in Interstellar Indigo looks premium in person. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it runs a bit warm and the fans can get noticeable under heavy load, but performance is excellent and I’m very happy with it so far.

This laptop works fine for entertainment and productivity. I am somewhat low-tech, so the AI helps when I encounter any difficulty.

Good performance but the battery only lasts about 3 hours on average:/

So far so good! Bought this for my daughter as it is a requirement for her major in college. She likes it, it runs fast, and she hasn't encountered any issues yet. Hopefully this will work well throughout her college.

I've had this laptop for nearly two months now. It has performed exceeding well at every task. I primarily use this laptop for CAD design, rendering, and gaming. The display is super crisp and the battery provides plenty of life.

Booted up great I have had absolutely no issues with it yet and the service was great when I went in to buy it

Got this for my son....He absolutely loves it ! Amazed by the speed and upgrade. He previously had a Dell gaming laptop, so I was glad to know that Alienware is also through Dell........Got a great deal on it as well.

I use this laptop for djing. my old lap top lacked while using the djing apps now i have no problems at all it makes my dj controller run smoother and the stems are on point ill give it 5 stars

I'm giving this system a 5-star because I don't think you can beat this kind of system for the price. However, it does get VERY hot so you basically need to pair it with a cooling pad from Amazon. Not the end of the world by any means and I love the system, but if you don't actively cool it, you're gonna burn it out quickly.

I bought this beast for college. A little overkill I know right? Well it's been great and I love the fact that it includes a second m.2 ssd slot for easy upgrades later on storage as you need them. I also love the fact that you can game on it and also the fact that you are able to upgrade the ram as well when you need it.

Solid build quality, great control software for managing performance settings. I bought this for CAD work and have performed perfectly.

Going from the m15 r3 to this has been a great transition. The fans are much quieter and im getting much better performance

Not only is it great to play on, but i use it for business which includes using CAD for designing. Great piece of equipment. I searched for 3 months and purchased this after doing research. The staff was great with their knowledge

This is a great computer. It will play Rivals on Ultra at a pretty high frame rate. If you let it optimize, it’ll play at 300fps. Word of advice, windows does not turn on backup by default! Get in there and turn it on.

Best laptop I’ve used—super fast and perfect for CAD work. Had it for a month and it runs great. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the battery life—it’s not the best.

Amazingly fast with the right SSD. This supports and runs PCIe 5.0 but sold with a 4.0 NVMe drive. 2 NVMe slots and defaults as RAID. Memory can be upgraded to a max of 64GB, using 96GB or more will cause BSOD/memory errors. This laptop is great replacement for people upgrading from a XPS 15 with Core i9 with its metal lid and base. It also has a numeric keypad for sheets.

Great laptop for gaming and creative work. The graphics are phenomenal, and I am able to play games with ease. I highly recommend this laptop if you are looking for something for quality graphics and smooth operation.
