Fast and easy to use best lab top I ever had and would recommend it to friends and family

No issues with the laptop itself when it is in working order. However, I had to do two exchanges before I got one in working order, and even this one has an issue with the bezel around the screen being loose. One of the previous had a broken keyboard and the second's bezel was completely broken off. So, yeah, it's a good deal, but look it over good. I also had to buy an after market Intel Wifi card for it, as the built in "Killer" has compatibility issues with certain routers (including mine). Dell's QA is real bad.

This is a really great computer I would recommend it if you are looking for a gaming laptop or to use for programs for college or work.

for a little less you can get the same thing, I returned it and got a computer for me and my wife so now we both have one.

Love this laptop. It really is a desktop replacement machine. It does have a few minor issues. 1. Not enough USB ports - it has 2 regular USB ports, 1 on each side. It also has a USB-C.. but I don't have much use for that right now. 2. When it's running "full blast", the fan gets loud.. 3. It uses a 240W powersupply.. If I ever need a replacement, it won't be easy to find. 4. I still haven't gotten my digital downloads.. I'm going to have to call BestBuy to figure out how to get them.

Any says this is overpriced is ignoring the lighting and the amazing design, not to mention how powerful this machine is.

Great laptop even in 2021, can play most games 1080p max settings and get 65-85 FPS on AAA games. A big things is i never had issues with thermal throttling like i did on my MSI. The I7-8750H is a powerful portable CPU that can handle most demanding task. And the 1070 GPU is still powerful today matching the GTX 1660Ti in most cases. Only down side about this laptop is i wish it would allow you to overclock the components like the I9 and 1080 set would. Then this would be a killer laptop.

So far it has been a great laptop. Not a slim light one, but after having 3 of those go out... I don’t mind the heft.

I love the speed and light up colors. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Weighing in at around 9lbs, this isn't exactly mobile. I'm still giving it 5 stars since performance is desktop class, and with the Alienware backpack I can take this to wherever there's a desk and game! I've used this to play with mouse and KB, Xbox gamepad, watch media connected to TV and just about anything in between. I've had it for over 6 mos now, no issues, great customer support from DELL and this machine runs triple A titles without any hiccups or frame skips.
