Comes with two wall plugins. Does heat up so recommend a cooling pad. So nice to feel like I'm playing on a desktop anywhere I go. Also shout out to Best Buy, bought this open box certified and it was like new, with a nice discount :) Love It!!

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It turned out to be a terrifically powerful laptop and great in almost every way except that all of the trade offs that you're making to have a desktop CPU and GPU inside a beloved top isn't worth it since Alienware and girl both lied about their promise of future upgrade ability. They may have not have said exactly that, however that is how all of their product videos came across and I'm not the only one who thinks so in right now there is a class action lawsuit gearing up to make amends to all the people that got duped buying the 1st area 51m and laptop.

You can polish a dog t^rd to a golden shine but in the end, it's still a dog t^rd. I had this for 5 months and already having to send it in for repair to fix a dead keyboard and possibly a battery that doesn't charge. You spend over 3 grand on something you expect quality. People always say you get what you pay for, well not in this case. I've used this maybe 6 or 7 times after I bought it and it's already falling apart. I will never NEVER buy another Alienware product ever again. They simply do not do quality control on their hardware. I have seen a lot of people with similar issues on the Alienware/Dell forums. I give this product 1 golden dog t^rd out of 5.
