    Product is great, Windows 11 leaves a lot to be desired, the only reason I upgraded was because TTax going forward will not run on W10

    System stopped working within a week. Failed to boot one morning when I got home to work. Not sure how it failed, but my guess would be the power supply, since it would not turn on any lights, status or otherwise. If you can afford this model, recommend something else.

    I had a poor time there with sales personal. The store manager e-mailed me to get my phone # to call and talk to me. Sent my number to him twice but never heard from him.
