This is my 2nd alienware pc 1st one was a arora r13 i9 and a 4070 it was a great pc. Kinda loud and got hot. I recently bought the r16 with the ultra 9 and the rtx 4070. Its only downfall is only 2 ram slots. Other than that it runs cooler 10 times quieter. It is an amazing machine for a prebuilt unit. And it looks great!

Has exceeded my expectations so far. I'm about 2 weeks in and it has handled everything I've thrown at it so far with ease. Super quiet in my opinion and performs like a beast. Will probably upgrade the GPU eventually but it's handling business at the moment.

Great all Around computer that can do anything you want it to game, work, casual browsing all of the above you can’t go wrong with this pc or any of the Alienware models

The pc is really is igh for people who are considering low budget pc for fast paced games

First learned Fortran in the 70's, had my first home computer in 1985 using DOS. I've updated over the years and learned along the way, but now, as a senior citizen, I tend to keep my computers for a number of years, the last one for 7. Thugh probably needing to upgrade before now, I only upgraded to a new computer since you have to have Windows 11 as support has disappeared on Win10. I've not felt the desire to always have the lastest greatest. There are of course no manuals any more so there is a bit of trial and error learning curve for me to figure out how to even turn off the machine. Am still discovering things after 3 weeks. I'm sure there are underlying benefits to Win11, but some changes in placement of icons, etc., seem gratuitous. I use the computer for the basics; email, Word, burning cds, and gaming via Steam. I am disappointed that there is no longer a cd drive which you have to purchase seperately. I did upgrade the computer monitor, mouse and a gaming keyboard about 3-4 years ago and these work well and are compatible with the new desk top. The basic keyboard and mouse are... lacking for gaming. Otherwise the computer impresses me with it's speed, improved sound (used with 7 yr old Bose speakers), clarity of graphics, quiet running and seems to run at a cooler temperature, etc. Had to take a deep breath at the cost, but that's the way things are today, so good value, I have no idea really. But the quality seems very good.

I haven't had enough time with this computer to give it 5 stars. It runs very nicely and I had to do little out of the box, other than wait for it to do a few updates. It's very quiet. Time will tell how well it holds up. I had an Aurora R6 that I couldn't update to Windows 11, so I feel I was forced a little into making a new purchase. That said, I don't regret it so far. I understand it does use proprietary parts and there were no heat shields on the 2 ram slots or the NVME ssd. I feel like I got it at a very good price on sale and it's working out great both as a gaming machine and as a repository for all my Music software

Runs as expected, is quiet, and the design is sleek. I am happy with this product.

Got it on sale for 2k. The ultra 9 isnt the best cpu but it gets the job done and handles most games over 120fps on ultra settings. Got a 5070 with it and a 1000w psu. Will upgrade to a 5090 later when the prices go down. Alienware has finally made it easier to swap out parts. A good buy if you can get it on sale.

I got this for 2500, when in reality it should be closer to 4000. The computer works phenomenally and i havent had to use the customer service yet but its part of Dell and theyve been around forever with good reason. This thing runs like a ufo on benchmark tester and thats without overclocking. This thing is an absolute unit of a pc with 2tb of memory to download CoD 20x over! Dont believe me? Watch MINERAL004 multi stream on twitch, tiktok, kick, and youtube all at the same time while running AAA games and recording with no issues!

Just got this 1 week ago and its amazing! running CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 6 with ease! between 120-170 FPS smoothly. My old Alienware was 10 years old already.

Excellent Buy and Fast Desktop. WiFi 6 works great and Graphics are clear. Installed many programs with no issues. Signed up with Dell Alienware Services.

Will always be buying an alienware from now on. Ive gone through two other brands and had bad luck with something going crazy with the system. Now that im back to my alienware havnt had any issues and love the computer!!

Been pretty good so far. Plenty of power for some gaming but mostly used for photo and video editing. Noticeably faster than a year old laptop in that regard. Should be good for years to come.

Runs amazing, design wise very pleasing, and best prebuilt if you can get it on sale!

This is a great pre built start PC to snag when its on sale. So far the last 3 weeks its been super quiet except for the start up and runs smooth. The one thing that would make this an absolute steal is if it has the 5070 ti in it. Luckily its not hard to swap it out but you'll have to buy it separately.

I upgraded to this PC after having an Alienware from 2017 and it was so much quieter. Very happy with the PC, and thanks to Alan at the local store for the head’s up, the PC went on sale 2 weeks after I bought it and I was able to get a refund for more then $500 since it was in the holiday return window.

I like it a lot so far, the people at Best Buy were very helpful making sure I got the best deal that met my needs!

If you need something to handle multiple jobs and be able to have fun with it at the same time this Alienware is for you. Went from upgrading my 4 year old Alienware PC to this one and WOW the performance is insane. Alienware for the win
