Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Anyone here to review because of a doa- open the unit and pull the graphics card, pull the ssd and reseat both. Mine failed to boot even after reseating the graphics card, I figured there’s no way this many were “bad” and tried again- this time I pulled the m.2 and reseated it as well. It looked maybe a little crooked. I dont know if it mattered or not- after that I powered it up and realized right after I forgot to plug my monitor in. Plugged it in and all is good. Now for the one star- not only the hassle of getting it to run but all the other complaints are true. If it weren’t for the fact you can’t get anything anymore I’d take it back. Instead - I will for sure recase it/liquid cool the processor, and maybe just harvest all the parts and use a new mobo too.

It scored 9956 on Heaven benchmark straight out of the box. I've yet to truly put it to the test but it is a quality gaming computer to be sure.

Good Computer with a Nice GPU

This computer like other pre-built computers is designed for what it comes with but not necessarily designed for add-in devices. That being said, it performs well and has a very nice RTX 3080 graphics card.

Fast start-up and runs all my games flawlessly. The streamlined case is an added bonus over the usual boxy tower computers. The lighting accents can be customized to suit your taste.

It is scruggly looking and heavy. I wanted a computer with a 3080 graphics card that had pretty, colorful fan lights. This is what was not sold out. I made the compromise, and I am ok with my purchase.

No proper airflow

The cpu has to be liquid cooled otherwise the hot air from the cpu just heats up the surrounding parts. The psu is mounted directly over the cpu so that just absorbed the heat and kept everything else hot. Every alienware pc is like this.
