This is a great machine. I use a design program daily called pro kitchens for work. This has greatly improved the performance of my renders, and made my job significantly more efficient. Setup was clean and easy. I'm happy with the keyboard and included mouse as well.

Its a good pc. Although the 500 watt power supply and ram is a little dissapointing. Not much optimization either with the motherboard. But solid graphics card and processor. Not bad.

I excitedly opened my Alienware computer out of the box as soon as i received my shipment from Bestbuy. Following after i set up my Alienware R16 gaming computer, I realized my dream finally came true of owning Alienware R16 gaming computer. I set up windows 11 and began my journey of exploring the internet and gaming on X box like being captinKirk on the startrek.

Purchased this tower hoping to upgrade my pc setup. Best choice I could have made, the power and response of this tower is phenomenal and I am happy!!

Excellent beautiful I recommend this product easy to install and work

It worked great but my biggest issue was the one built in fan, and poor system build. It is almost impossible to replace parts, because DELL purposely assembles them that way in order for you not to replace anything. Another issue was how expensive it was for a mid tier PC, I could build my own 10x better for cheaper. But I wouldn’t get this again because of those issues.

Plays all games on max setting well above 60fps helldivers 2 at 90 with maxed out setting.

Amazing-c do not regret buying this what so ever. Runs games amazing great graphics and fps.

Excellent equipment for gaming with a 500Hz Screen

I purchased this computer over 6 months ago and have had little to no problems with it. It runs very smoothly and handles multitasking very efficiently.

Perfect gift for our son! He has asked for a gaming PC for a couple years now. This was his favorite gift! Can’t wait to upgrade his monitor too!

Meets every expectation very happy with this product

This product worked very well the first few months, but after 8 months it started to fail. After using it for more than 40 minutes, it freezes and doesn't respond to anything. I turn it off and on, but after a minute it freezes again. I took it under warranty, but they haven't given me an answer. I'm waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Dont buy this from Best Buy! Ive had it 6 months and the power supply went out. I took it to geek squad inside the Florence, KY Best Buy and they told me they could fix it in 3-5 days. On the 5th day i got an email and came in to pick it up, they tell me they cant actually work on alienware pcs and ill need to send it to the manufacturer. Why not tell me that when i brought it in or day 1,2,3, or 4 of "reparing" it? They tried charging me at first for the repair. Go anywhere else if this is the pc you are trying to get.

I’ve been using my Alienware desktop for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a beast. It runs everything I throw at it—AAA games, video editing, streaming—all without lag or stutter. Load times are lightning fast, and the graphics are insanely smooth. The design is sleek and has that signature Alienware look. The RGB lighting is customizable, which is a nice touch, and the case feels solid and well-built. Cooling is great too—I’ve never heard the fans get too loud, even during long gaming sessions. Yeah, it’s pricey. But you really do get what you pay for. If you're into high performance and want a machine that’ll stay relevant for years, this is it.

This is my second pc. I’ve been a long time console player when the ps5 dropped I wanted to buy one but my friend told me for the price he can help me build a pc. He ended up giving me an old you mother board and processor towards my build. After a couple years I needed to look for a more updated graphics. Needless to say I did some research and ended up getting the Alienware. I’m not a competitive player so this of gives me the power to do everything. I also got a monitor addiction so I have 2 ASUS 27 inch and a Samsung odyssey g5 32 I think there’s still room for a fourth monitor. Overall all I can play all my games on high setting and watch videos on the side. I strongly recommend this pc. Not much rgb but if you don’t care about customization this is a good gaming pc
