    Great Desktop

I’ve been using my Alienware desktop for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a beast. It runs everything I throw at it—AAA games, video editing, streaming—all without lag or stutter. Load times are lightning fast, and the graphics are insanely smooth. The design is sleek and has that signature Alienware look. The RGB lighting is customizable, which is a nice touch, and the case feels solid and well-built. Cooling is great too—I’ve never heard the fans get too loud, even during long gaming sessions. Yeah, it’s pricey. But you really do get what you pay for. If you're into high performance and want a machine that’ll stay relevant for years, this is it.

Love Alienware! Sleek, performs great, graphics are awesome. Only complaint is the temperature sensor sent out within 10 months and had to get it fixed

    2nd pc I’ve owned

This is my second pc. I’ve been a long time console player when the ps5 dropped I wanted to buy one but my friend told me for the price he can help me build a pc. He ended up giving me an old you mother board and processor towards my build. After a couple years I needed to look for a more updated graphics. Needless to say I did some research and ended up getting the Alienware. I’m not a competitive player so this of gives me the power to do everything. I also got a monitor addiction so I have 2 ASUS 27 inch and a Samsung odyssey g5 32 I think there’s still room for a fourth monitor. Overall all I can play all my games on high setting and watch videos on the side. I strongly recommend this pc. Not much rgb but if you don’t care about customization this is a good gaming pc

Plays most things well but very low ram must upgrade at some point for streaming and gaming. Plays games like RE4 remastered beautifully but struggles on games not optimized like peak and schedule 1 will struggle

A great PC! I don't do too many games but it runs games like FH5 with great ease. I also love that it's so quiet and doesn't heat up!

    Good System

Bought this system to replace a vintage 2017 Dell XPS 8930 that still runs OK, but the hardware is dated. After a week I am very happy with it, after doubling the RAM to 32 GB and adding a secondary storage SSD. It's more capable than I need and will run the few games I like to play easily. It was easy to manage (turn off) all the case lighting and even customize the color of the power button. I also appreciated the lack of bloatware. Nothing but the Alienware software and Windows 11. That was a revelation. I intend to keep this PC for at least as long as the XPS. Will probably just upgrade the video card in a couple years just for fun. I am very happy with this purchase, especially buying it on a nice $400 off sale.

    Best Buy Outlet Find

For less than $900.00 out the door at the local Best Buy Outlet, we could not be happier with the performance at this price point. While it may not be the most current and highest performance components available, it handles everything we use this computer for with ease. It was advertised as "Good Condition" but honestly, other than not having the original box, the computer is cosmetically perfect- not a single scratch or dent. The computer had to be taken to Geek Squad at a different local Best But for them to "reset Windows" back to original since it was set for in-store display mode. They handled it quickly and without issue. Would absolutely recommend Best Buy Outlet deals.

It’s my first time owning an Alienware operating system and I honestly have NO complaints. It’s very fast, reliable and stylish. Airflow is excellent and the quality exceeds my expectations in a CPU. If you are on the fence…get it! I highly recommend.

I love this desktop. It's awesome for business work and awesome for gaming. Performance and quality are some of the best I've seen from Alien in the past five years. Note that I did add 64GB of DDR5 Crucial memory for about $150 after I ran it a while, but that's because I run virtual machines. Definitely recommend.

I've been using the Alienware Aurora R16 for about a month now, primarily for gaming and some light content creation. The performance is excellent — the Intel i7-14700F paired with the RTX 4060Ti handles AAA games at high settings effortlessly. Load times are minimal thanks to the 1TB SSD, and the overall system responsiveness is very snappy.

Pros: Alienware design Keeps cool Runs most games Cons: High price for the hardware limited upgrade path Purchased this because I didnt want to build another desktop. The 4060 was good for a little bit but I needed more power so upgrading to an on hand 7900xt required a power supply upgrade. Which you can't just buy one from best buy or online. It requires a specific one from Dell. Which costed nearly $300. Which then required extension CPU power cables to use the from DELL PSU. I then needed to purchase VRM heatsinks from some person on ebay in china so it wouldn't give me error messages at start up. Upgrading the ram from Best buy was also a problem. Tried multiple sets and could not get anything higher that 4800MHZ speed. The original ram runs at 5200MHZ. Buying again from Dell would have been $319 for 32GBs of ram. Overall if you don't want to upgrade and think paying over 1600 for a machine that should cost less than 1200 than this is great.

Loving this PC so far. I am using it uniquely for Steam games, and it has handled every one I've played with no sweat at all (at 1080p)... but I'm also not playing the AAA FPS title, so to be honest this PC is probably overkill for my needs. Nevertheless, it has been rock-solid stable, and TOTALLY silent while sitting under my desk. And it looks goooooood :-D
