Great system! Yes, it is highly proprietary, but that is fine with me. I have no desire to work on these any longer at my age and wanted a power-house right out of the box. Very quiet, very quick and can run any current video game at Ultra levels of resolution without skipping a beat. Looks great and is not in-your-face with all the multi-colored fans and added flashes. Wish the factory warranty was longer though.

The product is great. Both my boys love their gaming PC which are both this model. One piece of advice for anyone purchasing this model. Both of our PCs have a glitch where due to preinstalled Killer Intelligence App the upload speed is very very slow and only improves when you go into killer intelligence app and turn it off. Our second computer we tried to delete the app/ uninstall it and this does not work and we had to reinstall the app in order to turn it off to get the upload speeds correct. So the PC as a gaming PC is great but to save you headaches in set up make sure you open Killer Intelligence App and turn it off if you want fast upload speeds. Hopefully this helps buyers avoid the headaches of customer support not knowing this is the fix

Great pc for 1440p 165hz gaming. Only gave it four stars because the OEM parts make it tough to upgrade. I got it used for $1400 so it was a good deal it came in great shape

Great computer. With the quantum dot Alienware monitor it pairs perfectly. As far as set up and go this is the computer for you. I previously built my own and that took hours of maintenance and setting up in general. The only reason for 4 stars is because like anything else like this you'll have to maintain it. New thermal paste every 6 months, updating the hardware, etc. Looking at the internals it will be a little difficult to do that on my own with all the proprietary parts. However the time saved just plugging an playing is worth it.

I'm typically a console gamer (PS5 and Xbox) and wanted to try PC gaming. However, all premium gaming laptops were so loud to me because of fan noise, especially when in high performance mode. This desktop PC runs smooth and is very quiet even when running in performance mode. I also like the RBG on here. It's looks really nice w/o over doing it. Also, I find the number of USB ports etc on the front to be useful and more convenient compared to my Legion Desktop Tower. Although I paid full price for it, I'm not disappointed at all.

Easy on the eye! Stylish sturdy well built machine. Functions exactly as expected. Alienware is true to the brand name. Quality product!

Little to no setup really required, I've heard bad things about prebuilts and Alienware over the years but I've yet to have a bad experience in the almost 2 months I've had it, runs smooth, runs most, if not all the games I have/enjoy playing at max graphics.

As an IT professional, over the years I've repaired many Dell PCs, and seeing how other brands progressively lowered their quality, I always recommended Dell... until now. To upgrade my PC and avoid having to build my own by buying parts (due to lack of time), I decided to buy this Alienware, and I never imagined it could be so bad, so incredibly bad. Constant errors, slower than a turtle since I bought it (even after optimizing it). The AIO (All-in-One liquid cooling system) fails constantly, and I've read about this in many forums, and it's something that even ChatGPT confirms is very common. Don't wonder if the AIO will fail or not, but when, because it will fail, and soon. All the internal components seem like they were made in a home workshop. My last PC, built in 2019 with independently purchased parts, seems like a Lamborghini compared to this one. Right now, as I'm writing this review, I'm selecting parts on Best Buy to buy: power supply, motherboard, case, and AIO to refurbish this Alienware, which is barely a year old, to get rid of all the junk inside this PC. I'm not going to pay for warranties from any manufacturer. Quality should be their guarantee. If I could rate this product negatively, I would give it (minus) -5 stars, but since the minimum is 1, that's what I'll give it.

Excellent Gaming computer. The setup was extremely easy and within minutes my son was able to start playing his favorite games. The graphics are on point and there has not been any lag while playing the games so far.

The big change is speed! This computerif you were strapped to it is so fast you'd be forced to swallow your chewing gum!

This is the best pc ive ever owned. My old one was great, but this one is the greatest. Its faster, more efficient, and better overall. I recommend you get this gaming PC at a great price!

i bought it open box (good condition) looks brand new and was packaged professionally. came in way better condition than i expected and saved a ton of money
