I've had nothing but issues out of this machine. First, it runs very poorly. Stuttering on simple games. Second, I had harddrive issues with it that took a few days to resolve. Finally, the pump on the water cooling system failed in less than a year. I will never buy another alienware for as long as I live. Garbage machine.

The pc sounded like a fax machine, Wifi/bluetooth would not connect. crashed on Cod after every round honesty played like 5 rounds then decided to return this. Maybe i was playing with hackers or maybe this pc is garbage but now ima just build a pc Alienware has fallen

Myself along with too many others are having serious malfunctions with this system after 1-2months. $2,400 later and BestBuy says its Dells problem and Dell support tells you they're very sorry but offers no real solutions or refunds for a lemon of a computer. Hours wasted with support both onsite and on the phone and the computer is still micro glitching. DO NOT BUY. Loved my last Alienware but never again.

Saying there's no OS. I'm not trying to push it to it's limits by playing three immersive MMO games at once, just BG3, or doing my online class. I'm running three Samsung S5 Ultrawide monitors, nothing too insane. But it keeps crashing within an hour or less. Best Buy did the right thing and took it back so i could get something decent, but this computer itself makes me wonder how Dell is still in business!

Has a hard crash virtually every one to two days. I can't remotely log in to it because most of the time I try it's crashed and stuck on the useless Dell diagnostics boot software.
