Perhaps my last computer was just too old but i immediately notice the speed and love the memory for pictures and gaming. Good looking unit and and back lighting - dont like the mouse so got another one - keyboard is OK for now but may need to update to a gaming keyboard later. Great computer!

Best computer that I've had so far. I'm not the best when it comes to understanding computer parts and components yet but one day I'll get there. So far it as run every game that I want to play at max graphics on my 4k monitor. I was surprised however about the packaging, It did not come with a manual.

I bought this computer last week and it is my first gaming pc , so far all the games I have thrown at it like overwatch/pugb/call of duty WWll was able to handle it with high fps, impressed by the power it has for the price. Only thing I bought for it was a liquid cooler since it would heat up to 75-78 and I wana keep it down to 60-70 in temperature and I also bought a bigger power supply to be able to support the power of the graphics card of the GeForce 1080 and got a 750w. Definitely recommend this pc since it was able to handle the games i wana play as well as streaming on twitch at the same time.

I have waited my entire life to own an Alienware PC, they were always just out of my price range, but finally Best Buy had such a great deal and offer on the Aurora I had to have it, and let me tell you if your a gamer like me this is a SOLID great PC!!!

Previous computers could neither load nor operate Laminar Research's XPlane11. Alienware's Aurora R7 loaded and runs the software without a glitch. It is also set up to recognize and run a number of different control yokes, joysticks, throttles, etc.

I wanted an out of the box gaming pc as I didn't want to take the time to build one as my free time is hard to come by. This thing cranks high frame rates at 1440p no issues. Just beware that they use a lot of proprietary hardware.

It is an above average computer with an above average cost. You don’t need something this strong for gaming, but it will speed up render times for videos/animations quite a bit. Don’t get this for your kid, he or she doesn’t need it.

I needed a computer to edit done footage in 4k and this computer does the job well. Not to mention that since it is liquid cooled, it is dead quiet. It's almost creepy. I literally look at it while it's rendering to make sure it's still on! Hahaha!

I always thought Alienware was overpriced and you were paying for them name. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find out you're paying a little more but you get what you pay for!

The RAM and graphics card has worked great while using X-Plane 11 flight simulator and Witcher3 on nearly maximum settings. Light case customization is cool. Some issues with recommended updates. I am not a fan of the keyboard or its layout.

This has been by far the best purchase I have made for the gaming system for a PC. It has all the bells and whistles and more. I am extremely happy with the reliability and performance of this system. Way to go Alienware!

Had this PC for over 2 years and it still is a beast! I don't like the new Alienware so I will continue to upgrade this one as things fail.

I'm normally the type to build my own rig. In fact, I've never before purchased a pre-built PC. Lacking the time and energy to spend on a new fresh build, I opted to just go with an Alienware this time around. I'm very happy with the decision. Granted, I did end up cracking open the case first thing and reinstalling Windows 10 *Pro instead of home on a new SSD, using the 2 TB spinner as my slower storage. This elevated the machine to a pretty proper gaming rig. The 2 TB HDD that comes with the R7 was a bit slow for my liking, and I suspect others will find it to be as well. All in all, those were the ONLY issues I've had with this PC and I'm loving it.

I bought this 2 years ago to help me get through school. I needed to be able to do basic graphic design, which this was more than capable to do. I dont do any gaming so i havent tested that but watching videos of course is just great quality, and running basic graphic design software, including some 3d applications has been its main purpose and its been great. I plan to do some upgrades in another year or so probably since the i9's are becoming more accessible. The SSD needs upgraded imo, and the graphics card as well. But, like I said, its great to start with, Ive been rocking this as is for the last 2 years. I even bought a Dell 2-in-1 that I love.

If you’re a gamer looking for a great pc this is it. The specs are fantastic, and the performance proves it. Ultra on every game I’ve ever been on (overwatch, doom, etc). Might be quite pricey, but it’s worth it imo.

So far I'm very happy with this beast which replaced my aging Cyberpower rig. The GTX 1080 card runs my games with no hiccups and at high FPS on my Acer G Sync monitor. I was skeptical on the Optane performance but after running my games and GoPro editor through it has made me a believer. The Killer Network needed a little tweaking but once I arranged my app priorities through it's control center it now blazes through the net. I was nervous on how the stock MB sound card would sound but it sounds great. After tweaking the equalizer to my preference the sound pumps loud and clear through my surround sound speakers. So if you are looking for a great gaming PC without the need to do any mod but have the ability to later on at a reasonable price then this is the one for you!

I got this computer for myself to replace an older computer. My wife ended up taking this computer from me because she fell in love with it. :P This computer can easily handle all the games thrown at it.

This system is everything I expected it to be and more. Very reliable and with the added upgrade of the gaming monitor, keyboard & mouse it makes the system complete. The VR is excellent with the added Oculus Rift

Best Gaming PC by far for the price to build this PC custom would have cost 4 times what i paid at the time of purchase. had problems with PC costumer care was very responsive and everything was covered 100%

This is a great purchase. It is liquid cooled and very powerful. I do not see myself buying any PC besides alienware.
