great set up for out of the box gaming rig, just plug and play.. No bloat ware installed just windows 10 and whatever you decide to install. No problems running triple monitors or multi-tasking..

This thing is a BEAST. Right from the get go. Best Buy locally actually shipped me the wrong one but gave me the same discounts, wonderful right out of the gate.

This computer can handle a lot! The price I purchased it for has been totally worth it. I could not have bought the individual parts for making a computer for the price I got this one!

This is an excellent gaming pc for someone who doesn’t want to go through the hassle of building their own. Aside from a few updates and driver downloads it is ready to go out of the box.

I feel the price is really competitive even though it’s Dell. It is also in a good quality. However, Optane memory needs some times to get use to work fast like ssd, which can be a con? or no.

This a very good looking computer, love the case. BUT that's pretty much the only good thing I can think of for this 1500 dollar pc that I bought. After using it for two months, I feel nothing but exhaustion and frustration. I bought this desktop from a retailer, namely Bust Buy. And after 1 week, my computer started showing me an error message saying "Power Button Failure" which I tried to fix it by downloading the latest driver. However, after a couple of weeks, the power button just stopped working. The desktop BECAME A PIECE OF METAL. Right before I decided to get it to best buy, it magically started working again. But, it wasn't long until it crashed again. So, I had to waste an entire day to go to Best Buy and tried to get it fixed. Well, luckily the problem went away. For a couple of weeks. Roughly about 10 days later, I got a message from the pre-installed SpportAssit app saying that I need to update a driver called "BIOS". I did that. And the next day when I try to start my computer, instead of boosting the windows, it shows a red error box saying "Secure Boot Violation". When I called Dell support for help, they told me that I need ANOTHER working computer AND a 16gb flash drive to fix it. Well, isn't it that just so "easy". So, instead I called Best Buy and they said I need to get it to a store, again(within two weeks), to have someone look at it. I don't have a car so every time I go, I need to spend 40 dollars on Uber just to get there. So, thanks but no thanks. Honestly, at this point, I just want to return this computer but apparently, there is no way you can return this after the return period(for both Dell and Best Buy). And I also can't get a placement. So, I received a defective product and then an update from Dell that screwed up my computer, but there is pretty much nothing I can do about it. In the end, I'm sending it back to a repair center at Dell, and hopefully, they can "fix" it within the next TWO weeks! I used to like Alienware very much and placed a lot of faith in their product. I previously owned an Alpha R2 which had no problem at all after using it for 2 years. That's why I didn't return this desktop immediately because I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Anyway, if you want to buy such an expensive PC from Alienware, I hope you can have a DELIGHTFUL experience!!!!!!!

I think we get good thing with good people price . When my kids school will open they need to do homework and I have to di my office work so it was good time to get this computer

Good computer , and have nice RGB light around , but the fan sound when it run game abit loud but still fine , can play pubg ultra setting with fps over 90 , temp only around 60.

It was time for an upgrade. I was going to build, but I was able to find this PC on a great deal for cheaper then I could build the exact same one. Very happy with the purchase.

This machine lived up to my expectations and more. I am a proud first time Alienware owner. Looking forward to VR once prices come down a little, it's just way too much right now.

Love this PC. Works like a cham. The only thing Inhave changed is out in a m.2 SSD. Insanely fast now.

Got it because I needed something to run unity, got it with the 1080 and it's beast at running games at 1440

I operated my first PC in the Air Force in 1980, it was a simple 286 but to me it was tech unimaginable. Since that day I kept up with advancing tech as it would come available. Then I let the years lapse. Now I researched for a new PC, and found this Alienware the most advanced hardware I had seen in many years. I got it home, simple setup, up and running within 30 minutes. I was afraid of Windows 10, because Windows 7 was too comfortable. Don't be afraid not much difference at all. This PC is worth the money, bet there will be holiday specials.
