- 1 star because the product is advertised as black when it is clearly dark blue. - 1 star because two employees tried to convince me the monitor is black and not blue. The monitor itself works very well. I am happy with the quality and display. I am not a tech expert and have very basic knowledge about monitors so I cannot speak to the fine details. I watch youtube and do office work with this monitor, it is great for my uses. No adverse effects on programs like Excel. Also I have a Victus laptop. I am unable to download the alienware command app to do fine controls of the monitor as the app is a dell product and is not compatible. I am aware taking 2 stars off for these issues is harsh, but it is very simple to advertise the correct color and not lie to customers who ask if there is an actually black product I can have.

The box was a little heady but not bad. The box opening directions were very easy to ope. Once i opened it ots was very nice. Super easy setup with the start or useing an arm its really quick. Great monitor would definitely by again.

Incredible monitor, excellent Best Buy service! I play Call of Duty on it and it gave me a better gaming feel.

Responsive screen, deep blacks (you do have to tweak around for HDR settings) and all around a great contender for the curved series. For those that game it also has some interesting features like a built in crosshair for those that want a competitive edge and others. I normally don’t buy Alienware but will definitely be picking up another.

Best monitor ever, Great quality, great for gaming and other things, only downside is there is no speakers built into it but that’s not the end of the world. I would highly recommend

Screen is amazing, love the graphics not too much different from the OLED version, DELL has done a great job with the monitor .

I like this monitor. I upgraded from using a 32" Television to this and it's been a great visual experience to me.

This monitor is beast. It’s super clear and large. The curved screen pit you in the scene weather you are watching a movie or playing a game. I chose this monitor to pair with my Mac Mini and it works great.

Monitor design is soo good but it’s very heavy and very delicate to use no usb C port and No speakers are major drawbacks and very complex to connect hdmi cable if you are looking for high end gaming this is not the PC you are looking it’s only for beginners good for daily use got it for $259 plus tax

For the price, this product exceeded my expectations. First time owning Alienware, i am not disappointed, i do recommend!

Best Buy made it super easy for me to get this monitor I was able to get a credit card with them and finance it very affordable very quick and easy the monitor is exactly what I wanted. The only downside is it doesn’t have an auxiliary port so I don’t know how to hook up basic speakers and it doesn’t provide sound but I didn’t really expect it to with high tech gaming monitor 90% of people use headphones when gaming I do so it’s not a big dealbreaker for me
