Absolute Beast, I recommend it.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got it earlier today and the packaging was fantastic, screen was thoroughly protected and no scratches on it. The box is huge though and when i set the monitor up its massive, I upgraded from a Samsung 27in Odyssey (Cant remember which one, i think a 5) and wow the difference is breath taking. Which it better for 1200 lol. Lots of different settings and tweaks you can do. I was confused at first because i couldn't change the standard screen preset to custom but after looking online, you have to turn HDR off on your system then you can change it. But i also read that once you turn HDR back on it doesn't matter the preset because it changes it anyway, just food for thought. Also this is my first curved monitor and its such a slight one that i dont mind it at all, infact i actually like it when i was gaming. Overall im happy with the purchase, ill update the review if i get any burn in or something. I recommend it but it is a high price point. Thank god for financing.

I love this monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a great monitor honestly. This is absolutely stunning when it comes to quality and it works really well with console with all the features that this monitor brings. I highly recommend this one if you want something for your console or your pc if you have nvidia. it works really well together because that nvidia support my only issue and I think it goes for all qd monitors is that it gets really dirty, so make sure that you have a microfiber cloth and still water to clean it don’t use anything else or you’ll ruin it. Another thing is that the side of my monitor in one of corners from the top is a little open I tried closing it but it just wouldn’t but it isn’t a big deal it isn’t messing with the monitor at all that’s why I have it a 4 would’ve gave it a 4.5 but that’s not an option but yeah highly recommend just be careful with what you clean it. lastly update it make sure it the monitor is up to date

Great overall
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the most amazing monitors I have ever seen visually. But it does have some weird sleep-state issues (If I accidentally turn the monitor off while adjusting height, I will lose display to my PC altogether and need to restart. Not great for multi PC setups, switching inputs can be a bit awkward between 2 PC's but PiP works great). The monitor will also automatically install driver software which I wish it did not do. However, the performance is absolutely amazing, great contrast and amazing HDR. overall I am super happy.

Amazing! Although, its not for everyone
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is probably one of if not the best you can get for the price right now. Its obviously an enthusiast grade product, and I can only really recommend it if you have a really high-end computer. Even with a 4090 its hard to find games that can actually play at 4k 240fps. Everything looks beautiful on it. In particular, im loving horror games with lots of darkness to let the OLED do what it does best with perfect blacks. The only DOWNSIDE i can think of is that getting a smudge off of the screen feels nearly impossible. While setting up on a vesa mount (i recommend getting help. I did it alone and it was a pain due to the size), i had gotten a finger smudge on the screen and even with the provided microfiber cloth its still there. If you are doing super high end gaming or content creation theres very few monitors that are better than this

Bes Buy Stinks
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this $1300 monitor from Best Buy as an open box - excellent item and even paid for expedited shipping. It arrived a day later than it would have had I used standard shipping. The box was in terrible shape (and a bit of foreshadowing, there was a decent sized dent on the bottom of the box which indicated substantial force was applied onto the monitor screen itself. More on that soon!). Next, it was missing the back plate cover, which covers all visible cables. Also, it was missing the display port cable, and the power cable also… Sorry for saying “cable” so many times. Cable. There was food or some kind of gunky debris all over the screen, and the internals were covered in an inordinate amount of dust and hair. So, I cleaned it up and used my own cables to power up the device and connect it to my PC. I figured that for a couple hundred dollars off this was sort of to be expected, but at this point I was already starting to feel like I’d gotten a pretty crummy deal. Now, onto the monitor itself - It honestly worked really well, and the display was beautiful. I have owned Dell products, and absolutely loved them. Specifically, their high-end monitors. However, after two days I noticed a tremendously obvious and discolored line running vertically from the top of the monitor to the bottom (image attached). Placing my Sherlock Holmes cap on, I put the monitor back in the box the way that it was shipped. Big surprise, the vertically-discolored line running top-to-bottom of the screen measured up perfectly to the exterior dent on the box. Anyways, I tried running tests through the monitor itself, and even unplugged the display port cable to make sure it wasn’t my PC. It wasn’t. I worked on it for a couple hours, to no avail. So, I created a return with Best Buy, no big deal. I then decided to buy one brand new, but Best Buy would not price match with Dell ($200.00 less) as they are not a verified competitor? Which, admittedly, I could have researched beforehand but the fact alone is quite absurd. And Best Buy would not let me purchase a plus membership moments after I placed the order for the new monitor. The customer service agent claimed that I could be purchasing the membership in order to take advantage of Best Buy, and that the membership would have to be bought alongside any purchases in order to be honored. The new monitor (which I had bought minutes prior…) is literally being packaged for shipment AT A BEST BUY WAREHOUSE. I do not have it in my possession. That was a bit of a head scratcher, as well. I have bought and returned at least a dozen high dollar items from Best Buy and can safely say that their quality control is atrocious. Additionally, their customer service team basically just looks at information that we the customers are fully capable of viewing ourselves. So I just went to Dell.com and bought one brand new for $200 less and with a 3-yr warranty. Think I might be done buying from Best Buy :(

Best Price to Performance 4K 32 OLED
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best OLED 4K 240Hz monitor that is currently available from Best Buy. It packs, HDMI 2.1, eARC, Dolby Vision and a beautiful curved screen. Best Buy regularly has this for 999.99 which makes it the second cheapest next to the MSI URX. The reason i think this monitor is overall better comes down to warranty. I used Dell previously to replace my AW3423DW and the process was very smooth. I am not sure how easy MSI will make replacement for burn in.

A true end-game enthusiast display!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re like me and trying to find “the one” monitor that your PC deserves, it has arrived and you’ve found it. This display delivers in every category and features the newest OLED tech available. I tried two other WOLED displays before landing on this Alienware 32” QD-OLED. I tried both the 45” and 39” LG WOLED Ultrawide displays. The 45” was just too large for 1440p, the low PPI was noticeable and distracting for me, though I did enjoy the size and immersiveness of such a large display. I then swapped it for the 39” thinking it may make the PPI more tolerable, and it was slightly better but still noticeable. This display also seemed to have quite a bit of vertical banding which was cleared up almost completely with a manual pixel cleaning running but still shocking to see straight out of the box. The 39” and 45” also suffered from a ton of G-Sync flicker. Ultimately I returned the 39” and picked up this 4k Alienware. What a difference, in everything. Crystal clear text thanks to the increased resolution, a better screen coating that just makes everything pop, and no G-Sync flickering. There were also no signs at all of any banding issues out of the box. The Alienware also comes with a 3 year burn-in protection warranty which is worth the extra couple hundred dollars alone. Just make sure that you’ve got the hardware to support and take advantage of such an amazing display. Even a 4090 is on the brink of not being able to produce 240fps consistently in a lot of titles at 4k. However with the pixel density so high I’ve noticed you can turn down graphics settings to gain additional frames with nearly no visual impact. Summary: If you’re looking for the best end-game monitor currently available, this is absolutely the one to get.

Curvy, with great performance and support!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This OLED monitor is really hard to beat. The hardware and software has been tweaked to perfection. The image quality is top-notch and it's easy to use the monitor interface to tweak it how you like it, should you be disappointed. You cannot beat Dell's advance exchange RMA if you have any problem with it either. Despite not having the ability to use DSC, which would enable NVIDIA DLDSR, my ONLY gripe with the monitor is the curve. I tried so hard to get used to it, but I just couldn't. It wasn't a good pick for two player arcade games with my setup since the curve looks more extreme off center than it really is. I can't knock the monitor for that, because this is a user preference thing. So, if you can get this model at a decent price, GO FOR IT! This is one of the only 2 OLED monitors I can recommend. The other being the MSI MPG321URX and that's just because it's flat instead of curved. I'd go Dell over the MSI all day due to the support and performance, though, otherwise!

End Game Monitor? Maybe
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I'm a big monitor collector as I use multiple screens for gaming and working. I tend to try most major brands. This is my first step into QD-OLED, and I think this is the start of a new "best format" for gaming monitors. The brightness is great and I really appreciate the color accuracy. My only concern is that you have to be attentive to this monitor compared to LCD or LED. Dell does offer a 3 year warranty though, which is excellent.

Outstanding office and gaming monitor!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My favorite thing about this monitor is it’s aspect ratio. I really wanted a single wide screen monitor and considered a 59inch model but I didn’t like how ahort it was. I like the height and width of this monitor and i like how crisp amd clear the text is. Gaming is beautiful but ive yet to take full advantage due to hardware limitations on my laptop. I did end up buying another one because i had been used to using dual monitors for 20 years now and I’m more then happy with my decision. Alienware makes solid products and provides a hreat warranty on this monitor. Buy it you wanot ne disappointed!

Highly recommended
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After testing couple of similar options, I came to a conclusion that alienware in general makes best monitors, no blury text and lots of features. The only downside is having only one display port which you can get a switcher if you really need that. Legs are a little too big but they look nice and cables are hidden perfectly. The curve on this monitor is s nice and I like it specially when playing games. Premium quality!

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing! Incredible! This monitor allows my XBox to perform at max capacity (fps, graphics resolution and color, etc) Probably will not need another monitor for awhile even if I upgrade to PC gaming. And the price was reasonable for the build quality.

Do not buy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great for around 2 months then everytime you cut it on you get a blank screen. Power lights come on but black screen. Common issue with others if you google the problem. Lots of others are dealing with this as well. Had this happened before the return window was closed I would get a refund.
