I have been using heavy programs on my laptop since last year. The experience has been smooth and flawless. I can load my mapping and design software without any lagging.
So far so good!

Purchased this it as new in box for my family member but the pc was actually re-boxed. It had the previous persons Microsoft info on it. Geek Squad reset the pc and Best Buy issued a credit to my account. I really appreciate the customer service that I received during this process. Thank you! Best Buy.
