Well i never owned a laptop and I decided on a Microsoft surface book3 originally..let's say coming from tablets it was way underpowered and way overpriced.for a couple hundred more I got this awesome laptop I love the design and I can game on this thing on the go not to mention do some light video editing if your on the fence its definitely worth every penny..

My kid loves it, plays on it everyday, has not complained about it at all. Game play is smooth and the graphics are stellar.

Very good for gaming great fps smooth screen and size is perfect to move around withe only thing is battery life but its a gaming laptop

Astonishing laptop! Had it for around a month and it's been great for both schoolwork and gaming. The battery life could have some more work on it since without having it plugged in, the laptop lasts for around 2-4 hours on battery. The 500 GB SSD for the price also kind of stinks but you can always upgrade if needed.

Awesome gaming laptop. My son is really into gaming and the speed and graphics of this Alienware laptop are what he really likes.

Purchased to as a much needed upgrade and was needing to do some photogrammetry and 3D modeling. Working very well for my needs. Battery life is short though. Doesn't impact me for how I intend to use it but it is worth mentioning. Expect only 1.5 hours of battery life without having to go into the the settings and dial things down to extend it.

I purchased this back in late March 21. I got a great open box deal. The Alienware command center has a few bugs, but overall the OS is pretty good. Runs a bit hot, but the preset settings can keep it cool or quiet or loud and super quick. There aren’t any great docks beside the dell one. I sometimes have to reset the laptop because it won’t detect a screen. Overall, great laptop! It plays games well and you can throttle it does allot and get decent battery life.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations in every way. I use a chill pad, and the laptop is able to game seven and eight hours at a time with no overheating. It came without bloatware, set up was fast and easy, it’s thin and light as gaming laptops go. The build quality feels solid. The keyboard is excellent for typing, the trackpad is good; however, I do use a mouse and most of the time. There are an adequate number of ports. This laptop has exceeded my expectations.

Alienware did a great job with the design! Everything is impressive. The 300HZ makes every any game run smooth! Super buy!!

Hands down, greatest laptop ever. I play Gears 5 and with my previous M15R3 and 90% of all the settings on ultra, with 5140-1440p resolution, I'd average between 65 to 75fps at 79 to 82 degrees celcius.....The X15 R1, with the same settings, over 110fps and 71 degrees celsius....Mind you, both were done with balanced settings and no overclocking...

I honestly don' t have a bad thing to say about the computer. I use it for work all day and then gaming in the evening. It has a very small foot print for such a powerful machine. Wifi speed is great, Graphics card can run anything I paly, probably going to upgrade to a lager SSD the 512 isn't quite enough short sighted on my part. Would recommend to anyone who travels or doesn't want a large desk top. Five Star.

Great product, powerful with an amazing style. The only problem that I see it’s the battery life (less than one hour of use) and the thermal (really hot all the time). The performance it’s amazing so if your plan it’s use it with the charger all the time go ahead.

This was my first gaming PC/laptop, at the recommendation of a friend, and they couldn’t be more right. I’ve been playing the classic Skyrim, which looks amazing and loads almost instantly. I also tested out Call of Duty Warzone and it looks fantastic. But the reason I bought this was to play Cyberpunk 2077, and it has to be the best looking game I’ve ever seen! This is a great gaming laptop!

So far this is an absolute pleasure to use. Everything is almost perfect except for one detail. That would be its battery life. It will die so incredibly fast on you even if all you’re doing is using Microsoft word. Smh I think it lasted about an hour and ten minutes.

My husband loves it. That's what is most important... he deserved it after working long hours in the ICU, and it brings him hours of fun. He wanted something lightweight with speed that he could take with him to travel (he does medical deployments) and to come visit me when I'm away for business for longer periods of time. After some research and shopping, he settled on this one.

Amazing Laptop for the price it had all the required specs

This laptop is AWESOME! It was a gift for my son who is now 13 and it works BEAUTIFULLY!!! He can use it without difficulties and the setup was simple, it takes a little time to load up during the initial setup but it works fast after that. I would recommend this as a gift and/ or for personal use! The Graphics are insane! Thanx BestBuy you guys never fail at having quality electronics!
