Was a little hesitant due to not having owned an Alienware but as my first pickup it has been an amazing laptop. I have owned for almost a year now and has been amazing for gaming and streaming. I connect to my tv through and hdmi and am able to game and stream at the same time with no issues. Now i just bought my first ever alienware desktop. Great product overall.

Outstanding for game play, use highest settings, screen is crisp. Fans are not as loud as my old MSI GS65, keyboard is more solid than my old laptop as well. Purchased a Targus - Dual Fan Lap Chill Mat Cooling System to help with heat. the only negative so far seems to be the Alienware Command Center seems finicky, sometimes it won't load the correct layout I have for the activity.

Runs games nicely. Fan is really good. Extremely powerful. Play games for hours and runs smoothly

Awesome! Another Best Buy deal, and this time, there were no problems with the product. I bought it in a rush because my daughter needed a laptop with 3D modeling capabilities. Frankly, all the silly Alienware gaming frou frou isn't my cup of tea, but what the heck, she's only 23. The underlying Dell computer is really powerful, which is why this baby is a bit heavy for everyday stick-it-in-your-backpack use.

Bought open-box deal. Working fine but it was missing charger. Geeksquad came in for rescue. Ordered new adapter for me and delivered after 3 days. One thing I found was it looks like someone already registered it to Dell before returning it. And the manufacturer's warranty was about to expire in few months. TotalTech membership will help but not sure it is supposed to be this way.

Works great. Handles the game Ark, Survival evolved very well. Screen is nice, keyboard is nice and sturdy (unlike previous Alienware laptops) and performance is on par with what I expected. It runs a bit hot, so you probably won’t be using this thing on your lap. Overall a great buy if you can get it for ~$1600

Love this laptop. Build quality is superb. Has been able to handle anything I throw at it. Very upgrade friendly. Only had one weird issue - it doesn't like to go to sleep when closing the lid. I just hibernate it instead for now.

I've had this laptop for less than 2 years. The battery went bad while the laptop was still under warranty. The battery was replaced. The battery has gone bad again, & now I have to replace the battery since the laptop is out of warranty.

Husband loves it so thats great! It works okay just overheats a lot.
