Laptop performs as expected. Other them battery life not as expected when it last less than 2 hours on a full charge, I have no issues with the device.

Alien m16 is a laptop with fast game performance, but the sound is too loud and easy to heat up.

Fingers crossed it was worth the money. Clunky, but apparently thats by design. Hopefully the extra weight isnt too much of a bother. Not enough time yet. Best Buy offers another brand that is slimmer but the same price. If I had seen that when I may have purchased that one instead it has an I9 vs I7 as well. It is also thinner and more light weight.

Great build quality and performance. Lots of ports as well. My only issue is that most of the right side is vents. When using the mouse on the right side, the hot blows onto the hand and mouse. I have other Alienware peripherals so thought I'd try this out. Very nice gaming laptop.

Laptop runs cool and quiet. Biggest issue is the 4070 not pulling more than 90-100w. Apparently this is an issue with all 4070's and lower on laptops. Alienware software, while it has gotten better, still is a downside. It can be slow and buggy still at times. Display isn't as bright as I'd like. Overall, it is a great mid range laptop.

I purchased this Alienware around Black Friday. $600 off. Great gaming laptop. Kills the games i’m playing. Two critiques. One, it runs hot like a lot of gaming laptops. Buying a cooling pad for it. Two, power cable falls out too easily. Be careful when moving it around as canle will fall out. All in all very happy with the purchase.

Let me start by saying I messed up by buying it at full price a day before it went on sale... (lol) Regardless of that , ive had 3 alienwares previously. This however, is the first ive purchased new myself. My last model was the ryzen 9 2021 version with a 3070. That model was HOT. It was very powerful but it had cooling issues which ultimately led me to getting rid of it. I was skeptical once again going back to alienware. With them not having the overall best reputation , espically. I glanced and look at reveiws for hundreds of new laptops and this one caught my eye. This laptop fixed all problems of the previous generation and is seriously a beast, No backlight issues, runs super cool, and no more bs from alieneware command center. If your wondering if alienware got their stuff together the answer is yes! This laptop is built like military grade and its super high quality. Yes theyre expensive, but you get what you pay for truly… Give alienware that chance they deserve.

No complaints. Fast, good video, runs everything with ease. Camera is not great but I’m using a 4k webcam so not an issue. Would buy again.

Never thought I would like Alienware. Figured the hype was over-inflated...I was wrong. I love my new Alienware laptop. Alienware can be pricey. If you can afford Alienware I recommend biting the bullet and getting one. I did upgraded the RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB and upgraded the storage from 1 TB to 2 TB.

This laptop is everything we wanted it to be! Its fast, quiet, keeps cool, and has great graphics. This is used for Game Design/gaming, and is stunning. The ability to customize the backlighting of the keyboard and Alien display on the front added a great personalization and 'wow' factor. Love this device!

This is great if you want a PC that you don’t really need modifications starting out, but is super pricey up front. If gives me a hiccup sometimes trying to load certain games/mods let alone head set but I’m still learning so can’t fully blame PC yet.
