Love it, this laptop is great. Battery life is not the best, but its a gaming laptop so expected.

I am pleased with how powerful this laptop is. It handles every task faster than I expect. The laptop is also compact and the light. I have no complaints about this laptop.

The PC is great at maintaining performance and adjusting itself for your Video Game Graphics needs. I have not been disappointed. The battery lasts a long time, the screen is fantastic.

Although it is opened box but it seems really good and have wonderful performance. This is the best computer I used. It can easily run all the games in steam and Epic!

Big upgrade from my old windows 8 computer.I like the new layout and the speed Glitched on my first update hopefully that was a one time thing.otherwise very much enjoying it

This laptop is top notch. The gaming experience on new games, Alan wake 2, Destiny 2, Call of duty 3 Remarkable! Great build quality, sepf management tools, insanly fast. Anything that I do on this machine is with ease. Typing opening apps wifi connection I can even wirelessley connect to other monitors or tvs Monitor is crisp and clean not to mention Dolby Atmos sound Checks all of the boxes for a complete media experience And if your a designer and use illustrator, plenty of grphoc acrd power and ram to ensure you dont bog down Buy this and dont think twice, cheaper gamimng laptops dont even compare Imcredible value!!

This laptop has been everything that I hoped it would be so far. A headset or earbuds is necessary for an immersive gaming experience because the fans are on the noisy side. Highly recommend.

This laptop is highly impressive .It has played every game I tried on it so far at optimum settings and visually beautiful . Definitely a perfect choice .

We are enjoying this laptop. It runs great and have no complaints. Some may not like that there is not a number pad, but I don't miss it.

I was in the need for a better gen laptop to game with which ailenware did not disappoint, much better speeds and reliability and fairly quieter then most leptops.

Really strong laptop. Only complaint is the power cord doesn’t seem to insert fully into the machine. Kinda strange.

Got this as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! The graphics are so nice on this pc, The only thing is that you have to buy mouse separate

I've used the computer for about a month and one week. It runs smoothly on games such as Elden Ring and Jedi Survivor. The set up of my keyboard via Alienware was very intuitive and user-friendly (especially being able to customize any individual key's lighting). Its battery lasts long relative to other laptops (pretty cool considering the computing power going on). The fans are a tad bit loud, but that seems to be par for the course for any laptop. It goes without saying that the graphics are very crisp!

It is best when you would travel lots and play single player games but not good when come to local mulitiplayer. I struggles try fix two console controller to connect to laptop.

It is a really good gaming laptop. I’ve been playing Like a Dragon Gaiden for a while, and it holds up really well. Overall, I love this laptop.

My review comes after a full year of use, and I want to to say that I bought the laptop unsure of the quality of Alienware and this laptop has blown me away. Super easy to use, it lasts, everything from gaming, homework, work, or just plain watching movies and shows it does a great job at. Very happy with my purchase

All I can say is I got this computer for my 20-year-old son and he is super super happy. He’s fascinated with the graphics and loves his computer..
