This computer is very good, something I didn't like very much is that the fans make a lot of noise.

Bought this for my fiancé as an upgrade from her 2060 laptop and it has been amazing. She gets great frame rates, the temps are about as decent as you can get. I do recommend doing a reset of windows to get rid of most of the bloat (Alienware software reinstalls itself) but other than that this laptop has been nothing short of fantastic.

Work like a charm, i bought to model 3D design and for rendering. In my previous laptop it took 1 hrs and in this new laptop it ran in 15 minutes. That’s really cool. I was expecting clean and clear display but i was disappointed. And also I observed a Green color brightness and was dominating for black background. I think if i install more Nvidia drivers it would have improved display and refresh rate.

Love this Laptop, 1000% better than my last one, which was some cheapo little Asus. Runs games flawlessly.

I’ve tried to steer clear of Alienware for so long, I never realized how great they’ve become. Sure it has quirks, like a slight pause between GPU & CPU video, but otherwise, this thing is POWERFUL. I love it. Just wish the display was a tad brighter. Would recommend, just turn the lights down low or off in the room. I use it for editing in premiere pro and gaming. PS: the power supply is HUGE compared to what is necessary.

Secondly, even if you're just browsing the internet, the laptop gets quite warm, even hot, which is puzzling since the workload is not substantial. Thirdly, it's unclear in the modes. In the 'quiet' mode, all the fans kick in, and it's very loud But it's a superb and high-performance laptop

I would put five because overall pretty good but the Alienware command center isn't fully functional doesn't have all the tabs so you can change the color of the keyboard and do other things. The fixes that are online are complex and the one offered by Dell is complex. Computer should come with functional command center.

Love the laptop, runs smoothly, a little loud but its to be expected from a powerful laptop like this.
