Great laptop. Spec on the laptop push the frames to 100+. No problem with the laptop heating up and having any lag. Screen is amazijg to watch movies on.

Good performance while the fans spool up early Alienware has good cooling and rarely if ever throttles from temp. Also has a 2nd M.2 Slot you can add a 2nd drive to.

Great laptop for gaming and digital art. The only issue I've had is the download speeds but that could just be something I'm doing wrong on my end.

I was really looking forward to using this laptop. The specs were absolutely great for the price I found it for. But it was not as advertised. Whoever took the laptop as returned obviously did not even look at the laptop. The screen was taken apart. There were big gaps in the bezel. The bottom was bulging like the battery had exploded. And there were scratches all over the outside and keyboard area. The manager on the floor did try to remedy by pricing it as fair, but I was not in the mood to take something home that probably would fail without any warranties. Had to return on the spot. Glad they let me open it and check the laptop before I left.

An amazing laptop. The cooking is insane, the screen is phenomenal. I do keep hitting the del key when I’m trying to backspace but that’s a me problem. 10/10 recommend

Husband films his gaming and posts it on YouTube and needed a more efficient computer than what he had before. This lined up perfectly with what he was looking for.

It is just a good one. I was expecting it to be more powerful with games. Maybe adding more RAM to it could make it better. Overall it is a good one.

Runs smooth with no issues, overheating may become an issue for some so just be sure to set it up accordingly during long sessions

Received exactly as expected, no flaws, perfect condition. On sale this was the perfect price/performance balance for a gaming laptop.

Fast, great screen size and I can connect multiple displays. Only set back is finding external optical drive.

Great gaming laptop although is a bit loud from the fans but can run the new call of duty at 180 fps with max settings !
