Called Alienware customer service, they couldn't figure it out. Took it back to Best Buy, they got it working. Mind you this is a brand new laptop not even an hour old. Ever since whenever I hit the power on button, it turns on, lights up the keyboard, then shuts off. Awesome! I love having something turn itself off, so I can turn it on again. Must be one of those HIGH END features! The computer is slow. It lags. It is loaded with bloatware. Microsoft can't help themselves with shoving non-stop ads, and upgrades down your throat. Just an overall horrible experience. I really wish I didn't drop my Acer Predator. It was $700 less dollars, less specs and ran circles around this monumental piece of garbage! I wanted one of these for so long... talk about a huge let down!

Questionable Business Practices

This has been the worse business encounter I have ever had! When the item didn’t arrive I called customer service and was told the item had been lost! Of course this was after price had gone back up; however, I was told that Best Buy would honor the price I paid and they would ship me the unit! After 2 weeks I had not received anything so I called customer service again the rep told me they would have to give me a credit for the original laptop before they could ship me the replacement! After another 2 weeks I called back again only to be told they could not provide a replacement because their system kept rejecting the order and I would need to talk to a manager; however the manager had just went to a meeting and wasn’t available so I would need to call back at a later time to talk to someone about this! After 6 weeks, the order still shows up under my account as if it shipped Oct 10! Each time I have called I have had to go through the entire history of this issue and at this point I think it’s just a way to get customers to get so annoyed that they no longer want to pursue the issue! That is where I am at now, too annoyed to pursue this any longer; however, I am considering reporting this! I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years; but, I will most likely not be doing business with them in the future!
