Great laptop. Battery life could be better but its decent for a high performing gaming laptop. High performance mode works amazing for keeping the machine cool while gaming.

This is my first gaming laptop I’ve ever owned. Coming from a custom built PC, I’ve always been weary of laptops. I purchased this while on sale here at Best Buy and haven’t regretted it since then. I use it not only as a desktop replacement, but also when I travel! It’s a beefy laptop with incredible specs. I’m super happy with this purchase and have recommended this laptop to quite a few others. I don’t think the battery life is bad for a gaming laptop, though let’s be real… you’re gonna want it plugged in.

Bought to play at work, great graphics however the battery life is a bit short. However it should be expected if you’re running something extreme as I do. Easy to set up and get running, fast loading speeds.

This is one of the best for gaming got this in good deal so I'm happy with its great performance. Just i have battery like is not so good every time I'm doing gaming i have to plugged in the charger.

This computer is AMAZING fits all my gaming needs. It does get hot quickly but has a quite mode when not gaming. Only wish the battery lasted longer unpluged.

Is a good 1080p laptop , loud fan but keeps the laptop cool , sleek design and the classic alienware stuff in overall a good laptop for casual maybe alittle hardcore gaming

First gaming laptop so not much experience. Display is nice and no issues playing FFXIV. Only slight negatives are fan does kick in often and power supply is huge and heavy.

Laptop was too heavy like a tank. It needs to be connect to socket always.

My daughter is very happy with her new computer, she loves the colors, the design, a little heavier than expected the charger, but design and functionality are great.

The laptop and charger is heavy to carry, but it’s an overall beast. Laptop does not overheat, it’s powerful, and I’m tempted to use this over my gaming pc when I’m in college.

This laptop runs all of the games have been playing lately, such as Horizon: Zero Dawn, the finals, and sons of the forrest with no issues whatsoever. I am slightly worried about the temps, as the cpu runs at around 85⁰ under a load, while my desktop runs at around 55⁰, but it is an air cooled laptop, so i wouldnt expect much better. My wife has loved having it, as she can do her video/audio editing anywhere she likes, and the laptop handles it with no issue at all. I am happy with the purchase, but I knew exactly what I was getting before it ever got here.

I purchased this computer when I found myself on the road for work and my other one had died. I have used HP products for the past 13 years, but this last one I had to have worked on 2 times within the last 8 months and it wasn't even 3 years old yet! A friend who does the same type of work has religiously used the Dell products for over 20 years had recommended the Alienware after recently purchasing one back at the end of winter. When processing the GIS, GPR, and other forms of data I find that this computer does so quickly. It doesn't get bogged down trying to do multiple processes when I am running multiple programs.

Honestly I'm in the armed forces and having a good laptop was something i was told to get for off time for gaming and with no wifi this thing is a beast runs great and even with wifi its a even bigger beast I've been playing all the latest games with no problems i would recommend this laptop 10/10

This laptop is exactly as good as you expect it to be. I was blown away with how fast it is. Plays new games on a high setting, a must buy.

Good for gaming but some minor setbacks like no number keypad and its not a touch screen. For this price range I expected a touchscreen. but performance is very good. I bought this for interior designing course and the software rendering is very good and fast the graphics are well supported by the NVIDIA graphics card.

The alienware exceeded all expectations. Having owned multiple alienware laptops in the past, I expected great quality, and it delivered and then some! The 4070 is an absolute beast and has had no issues running on the internal monitor and also on my external ultrawide monitor! I purchased this open box excellent, and it arrived in pristine condition. If you are looking for a desktop replacement or in the market for a laptop, getting this alienware on sale is the best bang for your buck!

I’m enjoying this laptop. It has been more than I expected. It is fast and graphics are great. Only Con is the fans are loud.

Great laptop, quieter than expected even in”high performance mode”. Have mostly played total war: Warhammer 3 so far and it handles everything smoothly and stays at safe temperatures. Screen is very nice , the whole thing looks pretty cool as well. Alienware has some software on there, but it is not intrusive and has actually been useful to get lights right and monitor temperatures. Have not played games on the battery but just web browsing and office it seems to last a few hours, not so sure about at full power gaming though.

This laptop is a beast! Large power brick but the laptop is amazing. Cruizes through anything I throw at it. Love it+
