It is really fast, plays games as youd expect. Feels nice quality wise. Light weight for a gaming computer. However battery life is bad even just sitting idle youre lucky to get an hour unplugged. Its not very efficient at cooling. Will max out the CPUs 100 degree max playing simple games without even using overclocking featurss. But most of that is as to be expected for what it is

Out the box I had issues with this machine. Alienware control center software needs a complete overhaul, random throttling, and crazy temps 99 degrees. When it works it's performance is amazing, but it will be a constant headache to sustain.

This gaming PC is great for gaming. The downside to this labtop is that it gets very hot when gaming. I play the new cod on utlra settings with the texture on extreme with RTX off. It pushes 220 fps with those settings.

It could not handle the heat properly from gaming. As a gaming PC, it is disappointing when your game only for 2+ hours, and you will experience noticeable performance issues due to the heat.

      Using the TCC Offset Controller:
      1. Controller is located in BIOS under CPU Management.

The biggest dumpster fire you could possibly get. I had it for around two months and only played overwatch and palworlds on it with the lowest settings and it just died and turned back on. Please don’t waste your money on this trash.

The Open Box stock has thermal defects. The Laptop overheats at idle; think 89 degrees when doing nothing and easily goes upto a 100 and beyond on games from 7 years back. They know this and yet are circulating them for some reason.
