I bought an Alienware laptop several years ago, and man rhat rhing was great. Beat computer ive ever owned. Had zero issues, but eventually just got too old. Sad. Knew i was buying another Alienware, because rhe brand earned my loyalty. And boy was i wrong. Two major issues with this computer. First, the fans. They are pretty loud. Run anything that requires a modicum of memory and the fans are going to run a lot. But also, every now and then, theynjist dont run at all and thr laptop gets awfully hot. How to get rhem to run again? It takes a restart. And the second problem is the speakers. Periodically, they just stop working. No sound whatsoever and who knows what rhe trigger is. That also takes a restart to get them back going. So yeah, not thrilled with this purchase. Congratulations, Alienware, you officially lost me.

Absolutely love this laptop! The performance is top-tier—blazing fast with the Intel Ultra 9 and RTX 4070 combo. I use it for gaming and heavy multitasking, and it handles everything with ease. Great laptop for work and games. The fans do get loud when running intensive tasks, and it also gets pretty warm.

If you want a laptop that doesn't lag. Whether for gaming or personal or business use... It does get a bit hot when on for a while though.

This laptop is amazing! Incredibly fast and plays all the new games with ease. Has space for a second m.2 HD. Screen resolution is fantastic!

Plays anything I want at high fps. Wow classic anniversary server, all settings max, optional hdr graphics installed, 150 fps during peak population. 240ish in off hours in front of org ah. loud fan but that's to be expected with so much power usage.

This is a very strong laptop capable of editing my 45 mega pixel photos with ease. It’s very versatile as I’m also able to edit 4k video and play all blockbuster video games with absolutely zero lag. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Love it been working great. A few days after I got it the fan one the left side wouldn't come on but I went to the site and they sent a tech out a few days later and fixed it haven't had problems since .

Excellent computer. I don't use it for gaming, but have VERY graphics intensive programs used for 3D floorplans, this has handled everything I've thrown at it! I have a ROG gaming laptop at home, this seems to handle heat MUCH better than that one. No Regrets, Definitely Recommend to anyone looking!

Great laptop but it won’t play call of duty 6 on steam. Says GPU isn’t powerful enough. It is loud but I can’t expect a gaming laptop to be quiet and work effectively. I would buy again
