Decent headset

I liked the turtle beach better but these are good still. I had settings issues with theese and called for tech support but they said they didn't support them

Not the headset I was looking for

I like the storage bag with the headphones. I also think it’s great that I do not have to have the mic on them if I am not using it.

Return policy stinks

Great product cant game without them!

I did have trouble with the bluetooth pairing which worked but if you dont use the usb dongle to use the headphones the sound doesnt sound right maybe its just the game i was playing but had to use usb dongle for the sound to come through correctly. They come with a soft carry bag with straps too nice touch since they cost $200 usually with other headphones all you get is them and a cord no case or carry bag. All in all i love them maybe because im a big Alienware fan and have always wanted this brand and now i finally have it and i have no regrets about going with this brand. Just hope these products last for a longtime who knows when ill be able to replace them.
