Accurate readings and very small size. Kinda sucks you have to pay for the monthly service to be able to generate a heart health report and such but still great to have

As i'm over 60 now and regularly see a cardiologist, i found that the information provided by this device is easy to use and to share the readings with my medical providers. By loading the client software on multiple phones, you can easily have additional family members get their EKG readings. There is an option for cloud storage, but I found the price not worth the price. I use the device a couple times a week and have been very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for my Mom and it is very easy to work and is a great price for some peace of mind! We did not pay for a subscription and it works perfectly you can still send the results to your doctor!

Works as designed if you are patient. No pun intended. Bought this as a gift for my wife and she was glad to receive it. It just isn't as exciting as she thought it would be, but that is not the device's fault. It's basic functionality could be helpful should you believe you are experiencing something unusual with your heart. I suppose you could also test yourself routinely and make note of changes in your health daily or weekly. This is a good item if you are interested in knowing some basic information about your heart.

Cardiologist recommendation

I have been using the KardiaMobile Personal EKG Monitor since mid-2020 after my Cardiologist recommended it. He keeps one on the back of his phone and his ARPN has a smartwatch which is built on the same analysis platform. It is not a substitute for an office EKG, but it is easy, fast and accurate way to detect irregularities in your heart rhythm.
Most people will be satisfied with the free KardiaCare account. It will also allow for guest readings.
One caveat: Look at the list of supported devices. It does not work with my Moto G Stylus, so I use it with my Samsung tablet and an older Moto G phone.
Highly recommended!

This device is excellent. Does what it supposed to do and can give you some peace of mind. Don’t get too excited if it tells you that it doesn’t recognize your heart rate pattern if you feel fine. You can download the information to your doctor or cardiologist.

Absolutely a must-have item for the price. It allows you to do a medical quality EKG in about 30 seconds and email it off to your doc.

I'm not in the medical field, but I do check my heart rate often. This device does show a reading like an EKG on the phone app. You do need to press firmly for a good connection.

Noise sensitive but very nice to have

Very nice tool but it transmits sound waves and requires the user’s microphone to be turned on. It is noise sensitive. Running water in kitchen or hissing sounds from industrial HVAC systems make obtaining readings difficult. Ambient sounds affect pattern. Positioning Kardia device with respect to microphone may render reading inverted. Just flip it around 180 degrees to fix. But I love having this device and I use it all the time especially when my heart develops symptoms. It’s been very accurate with doctor visit EKG comparisons.

Purchased for my father who is dealing with heart issues. Doesn’t have an iPhone and the Fitbits have been unreliable. So far this product has been fantastic. Very simply to use even for someone who is 70. Gives great details that can be saved and shared with doctors.

Peace of Mind with Kardio Mobile

I am really happy with this KardiaMobile. I had an implanted heart monitor for 13 months and did not feel comfortable keeping it in for another 3 years as recommended after my heart ablation surgery which so far has been successful-I have not had any worrisome episodes for afib and since this loop recorder (Heart Implant) monitor migrated more to my breast area-I did not want to keep it in since I had abnormal mammograms in the past. So far I have been checking my own heart with this less invasive device which is easy to use. I check 2x a day and feel so relieved that I have had no more episodes of afib or other related rhythms.

Set up was easy. The first tracing was not too good, but I got the "official" results a few hours later after being read by a specialist (one time only and comes with the cost). The next tracings looked better and had instant feedback from the iPhone app.

This was a good purchase for me. I do not have to go to medical services to record my heart rate due to Sinus Tachycardia. It is small, sleek, and mobile.
