Ordered this desktop, and the wrong one came. It was the Ryzen 3 4100, and I had to fight for a couple of weeks for the online people to do something. After that, I took the device into the store, where they fixed the problem, but I had to go with a totally different device due to the Ryzen 5 4500 not being in stock. The fight with the online staff was annoying and wasted a lot of my time. This was a gift for my wife, and they made it a nightmare. It is better to just go to the store where you can see and ensure you are getting the right device, so that they don't spend weeks of your time wasting it like it doesn't matter. I even sent all the documentation showing that it was the wrong device and they still made me bring it in store to confirm which is fine but they kept no line of communication open with me so I had to call wait for hour on their phone line just to be told that I would have to wait longer or call back a different time. Overall, a horrific experience. I will not be using the online service anymore. The store's staff are so much better than jumping through hoops for nothing to be done.

It’s the best starting Gaming PC for anyone if you’re looking to not spend a lot of money. It runs games completely fine and the best part I can play game and do school work at the same time.

Bought online for in-store pick-up on 04/17 - they sent the wrong product to the store - Ryzen 3 instead of the 5. The store returned the items. After 2 weeks waiting, Best Buy cancels the order- I called customer service and they sent me a new machine. Monitor does not connect, I actually think is missing the graphic card. USB's don't work and the plate in the back of the computer is off to the side, so cannot insert USB cables. The only place it fits is the USBs on the top of the machine. The lights come on, but nothing connects. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM - I don't understand why Best Buy carries this product. This is the worse experience I ever had.

My family like a lot. Playing games very good. Always buying Best Buy here. Because everything is good . Service good too. Not worry everything. I love computers too.

Purchased in Feb 24, on sale for $550. Great machine for that money. I have used it ever since, has run very well. It has done everything I have asked it to do.

Would 100% recommend for anyone starting to get into gaming PC. Have not had a single problem with it and love having it.

I bought this PC on sale and I do not recommend anyone else buy this. Please save your money. I ordered this PC and picked it up, checked all the specs were correct, and they weren't. I received a Ryzen 3 instead of a 5. I took it back to the store that same day, and they were unable to accept my return. CS online can't do anything besides put a note in my file because it was an in store pickup. I am still trying to figure out how to get my money back for this fraudulent item.

The computer is great, and meets my son’s needs. We’re excited that we can upgrade it when the time comes.

My son wanted a white gamint PC with the chroma colors, so I embarker on the journey to find the best PC along with the accessories. Granted this is his first gaming PC but its beautiful and sleek and exactly what he wanted. Easy set up and he loves it.

Best buy and allied gaming are scamming people with this pc. Mine is late arriving and best buy or allied will give no information about where the pc is

As all the complaints about them sending the wrong gaming pc. Not only that but the return policy is so complicated. I believe they send out these wrong gaming pc on purpose hoping that the customers will not notice it.

Had to give it a 1 star cause when i received it. It didnt work the power button turned it on but couldent turn it off and it wasnt showing picture and the ram slots wasnt working if it all worked it would of been a good pc but sadly had to return it

Very unsatisfied with the way things started . Ordered pc , took 2 weeks for delivery . Package got lost for almost week and no one knew where it was . Then received pc that would not power on . Then instead of helping me try to fix problem , they just instantly replied “ ship it back “ . Very frustrating and will never be ordering anything of this nature ever again online .

I have ordered this PC 3 times. First one was damaged in transit, second one never shipped, and current one has only had the label printed. Almost 2 months have passed and I still don't have what I paid for.

Overall bad gaming pc don’t recommend it too slow and graphics card isn’t good
