I Bought these in 2015 along with the 6x9's and they sound amazing when placed under amplification. Sound reproduction is good. The highs are crisp, and the bass is heavy and tight. The whole car is surrounded by audio goodness. If going to run these amplified set amp to high pass filter and get a separate amp and subwoofer for bass reproduction. if not getting a subwoofer for bass, set the amplifier to full range and enjoy.

These are good speakers. Far superior to the factory speakers. My only complaint is that the range is not as good as some of the other speakers I listened to. The bass is not as rich as I hoped. Overall sound quality is good though. Good replacement for stock speakers.

I had 2 blown out speakers and these replaced them. They sound much better than the stock speakers i had originally had and they fit great in a 2002 Chevy SIlverado

Alpine makes some of the best speakers for your car, I've had them in almost all of the cars I've ever owned. They sound even better with an alpine amp. I recommend using Best Buy for the installation, they are fantastic!

My wife and I like to listen to audio books in our RV while traveling. The factor speakers were bad and it was so hard to hear the words clear while driving. I went to best buy and tested most of the speaks in the showroom. I settled on these speakers. They were easy to install myself. I have used them now for a few months and they are great. I can finally hear all the words without having to blast the radio. The clarity on these speakers is great.

After first purchasing these speakers I started install which wasn't to terribly difficult. Took a little bit of figuring out due to not to clear of instructions for speaker mounts. I figured it out though eventually. After I installed the speakers (all 4) I was immediately dissapointed with my purchase. But after a few days the speakers must have got broken in and everything sounded 100 times better! So besides almost 0 instructions and the break in period these speakers are great!

I have two vehicles and both have alpine everything. The sound is great. And it's not much difference in price from other competitors. Last long and sounds great!!!!

Purchased with the Alpine receiver and installation package. Excellent sound for truck door speakers. Very pleased with the product and installation.

If you have stock speakers, you will hear the difference once you upgrade to these. Also recommend an amp but not nessassary if just getting rid of stock speakers.

Surprised of the non distorted, clear highs and descents mids that these produce. Especially for the price. I’d buy 5 more sets if I still ran alpine in my truck. If you’re not trying to break the bank but need highs and mids in a coaxial, these are perfect. Can’t go wrong with alpine!

They sound good had them hooked up to a factory pioneer double din. Sounds much better and clear with the alpine power amp.

I replaced a couple of Pyle speakers of the same size and instantly heard the difference,great sound out of these Alpines!

Great speaker for stock upgrade and with using an amp.Plenty of watts RMS for either route.I have purchased these for two vehicles so far.
