    We moved from Pioneer to Sony for my son 2010 Corolla. Nice upgrade. Wireless Airplay was the main reason I bought it. Works as advertised. Equalizer is amazing. We aLao upgraded to JBL speakers. Total Tech at Knightdale NC did a great job. We consulted their specialist Jeremy before their purchase. We are satisfied.

    Alpine makes a excellent CarPlay system. The quality of the screen is outstanding and colors are beautiful. Al functions work with my car audio system. Highly recommend this unit. By the way have BestBuy geek squad install it. They did a great job.

    After receiving my product, the face did not work. I automatically emailed Alpine in which they responded with… you will have to ship it to an Alpine certified repair shop. I then replied, why should I pay for any shipping and handling when your product was faulty not to mention, I had already paid for shipping and handling to my door, when first received?! When I spoke what I said up above, Alpine has decided to not contact me back. I currently have 6 emails sent to them based on this matter and still no answer. I will be contacting higher ups within the Alpine company in order to get this satisfied in which no consumer should have to do. If I could give them 0 stars, I would based off of this experience. 700.00 bucks means nothing to them apparently so there’s that.
