LOOKS NICE..... DIDNOT PURCHASE IT - BUT COULD BE USEFULL TO SOMEONE

Best radio I’ve ever owned, I wouldn’t buy any other receiver.

This double din is everything and more than I was hoping it would be!

This head unit really makes an older car feel brand new in terms of technology. It looks great and the wireless CarPlay is definitely it’s best feature. You simply turn on your car and your phone connects automatically within seconds without worrying about plugging anything in. It feels like an extension of your phone because you can swipe to scroll through menus just like your phone. The touch response is great and it looks really nice installed in my truck, almost as if it came from the factory. Also if you purchase the idatalink maestro module, you can get extra features like on screen gauges, tire pressure and battery voltage data, etc... directly on the screen itself. You can also have the back up camera show on the screen all the time (even when your going 70 mph on the freeway), which is super useful when trying to connect a trailer. Got it installed by the bestbuy geek squad and they did a great job. Overall probably one of the best head units on the market.

Have had this wireless CarPlay deck installed for a little over a month now and so far so good. Installation is not easy in most modern cars, I definitely recommend Geek Squad installation. Wireless CarPlay is flawless in my experience and easy to setup. This deck is for die hard Apple folks, those who are "All In" w/ Apple. (No Waze, limited CarPlay support by some Apps but very few.) But really the limitations are no fault of the head-unit itself and more on Apple and their restrictions which are tying the hands of developers. The "Hey Siri" activation of Siri is supported if your phone supports it but takes longer to get a response from the head-unit than if you trigger Siri from your steering wheel or the deck itself. Once all is said and done; If you have Apple Music or Spotify and are cool with using Apple Maps for all your navigation this unit is a great seamless experience. Blue Shirt approved.
