It got lost by UPS on 12/1/23. UPS will not let me file a claim, they say that only the shipper can file a claim. I have contacted Best Buy 4 times and every time I get the runaround and have been given a timeline on when I will get a resolution only to have the timeline pass without anything getting done. So here we are on Dec 14th and I’m out of $1,283.99 and Best Buy could care less.

It has occurred across various iOS software versions on iPhone 14 and 15 units. It has occurred dozens of times. One time it got me really lost in the middle of the desert on an overland mission and was scary. I have reached out to Alpine repeatedly about the issue and they have completely ghosted me. Lame!
