The Geek Squad installer explained that I could get away with using just one of these but added that for the price and features that it would be even better to get one amp for each set of speakers to maximize the power each set gets. Glad I went with this. I've been a big fan of Alpine amps and their speakers. The Alpine amps always work consistently and never have any issues with clipping or overheating. So far these little powerhouses are working great and I fully expect it will continue to go that way. Hope this helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12.
