Have it in custom .sealed cabinet Facing up in trunk of Chrysler 300C Real vibration .pure sound. no rattle. 600 rms Kenwood amp .

It’s a nice addition to my car sound. Not as much of a punch like a kicker but it makes music have a whole sound with bass

I love this sub. It takes the full power no problem. It's actually insane how hard it hits for it's price.

Bought it open box and it had a different speaker inside luckily they believed me and let me return it.

Always a great speaker. Been around a long time. Easy to set up. Good quality and sound. The price is a little high. My wife loves best buy. Bt the service at Best Buy is very chaotic. On a day with absolutely nothing to do. Should be great. Overall I do enjoy the atmosphere. The staff thus far has been very helpful and professional. Great job.

This listing is for a Single Voice Coil Subwoofer while the product referenced by the model number (and sold at checkout) is a Dual Voice Coil Subwoofer. Further, the manufacturer suggests the woofer be used in conjunction with the Alpine MRV-M500 mono Amplifier for their compatibility. This speaker, correctly wired at 2-ohms to the amplifier mentioned above did not survive very long at moderate levels. I will be upgrading to something a little more robust.

Subwoofer has a good sound and gives plenty of bang for the buck.

Audio is all around crisp, definitely on point, there alil bit more pricey then the kicker series subs but without a doubt well worth the money and time no bs, BET!

Over all the s series is a great line, from speakers to amps to subwoofers. The dual coils add just a bit more clarity versus a single coil.

This sub will hammer with tight base in a sealed enclosure. Got one in my car and that's all you need really. It's small enough to fit in a down firing box under my backseat in my ford f150 super crew also. Highly recommend alpine products. Just great sound all the time.

Had a kenwood sub and a kicker sub that only lasted about 1 year. I have 2 Alpine subs and my other one lasted over 2 years and is still going strong. I’ve had it on different boxes and setups and it always sounded great.

These are perfect for my needs, really good sound in my car for my ears only. It could slam if you want it to, but with my kids riding along with me it satisfies our needs for music.

Discontinued model speaker with great sound but Alpine no longer makes the grill that fits.

Gets good bass from just one and makes me want the pair to really put show the full potential of this subwoofer.

This is an upgrade from the kenwood 12” 10x better in my personal opinion. Higher output, more bass/feel.

Love the way they sound. Make my car boom when I take it out to cruise.
