Quality built, nice design, compact footprint and provides the correct power for my Alpine sub. I wanted all Alpine in my car and i’ve had no issues with any component.

I have a 2016 Jetta, just bought it and the stock stereo system was disappointing. Really I just intended to replace my 4 interior 6.5” speakers and the head unit. My Pioneer plus 100w RMS Kenwoods sound unbelievable. I used a simple Alpine amp for the kenwoods. While jamming I hit a baseline and my kenwoods distorted for the first time... I adjusted my crossover and got this 600w alpine amp with a kicker compR12. I’m sooo satisfied with this amp! Prior to buying I purchased a 1k peak amp of a lesser brand and had headlight dimming, heat issues, and the sound wasn’t as good as I hoped for (was a 4ohm setup) After this upgrade I have my gain 50% or less, I keep my bass boost 45Hz gain set kinda low as well. I never get headlight dimming and have waaayyyy more bass. It never disappoints. I truly worry my kicker is gonna tear apart sometimes. You won’t be disappointed. Alpine tests each unit by hand. My unit tested out at 652watts at 2 ohm 14VDC

Alpine still makes great stuff. The last alpine amp i bought was the mrv m501 and that thing was 2-3times the size of this one.

Ran my pioneer avh110 with rocksford fosgate to this, powered with 10' 6 gauge wire and 60 w capacitor. Powers a 12" JBL in a ported box sounding good in the wagon. Would use again.

Excellent sound quality and I'm using a factory radio with a mediocre at best line output converter. This thing is a champ and I love it! Excellent value for the money! I'm buying it again for my other car.

This Alpine amp came with a “birth sheet” & it tested at 851W. Set up was easy & it drives the subs hard at 2ohms. Only downside is that Alpine bass knob is not included but the amount of power this puts out makes it still a value.
