So I bought this speaker the same weekend I bought 2 other altec speakers from other stores, and the whole reason I bought these speakers was to connect them together through the True Pair system... and well long story short it doesn't work. So minus 1 star for that. Loses another star for all 3 speakers having different Bluetooth pairing instructions. Loses another start for having the worlds worst customer service: website is plagued with typos, their app is a waste of space, they have a phone number that doesn't dial, the 24/7 chat service isn't 24/7, and their email link bounces... you know what they lose another star for that. Just don't waste your money and time trying to figure this out. If you just want a rugged speaker then this is it, but don't expect it to pair with other altec speakers

It was just okay. It disconnects for no reason. You have to keep connecting through settings

The speaker battery doesnt hold for more than 3 hours of play time

It's OK, but I liked my Sony one better... would look for a different brand if I ever have to buy another one.

Wanted to use with laptop to listen to movies but not as loud as i thought it would be after reading reviews.

IDK if it's a feature or a bug, but it shuts down after a while, so I'd have to turn it back on.

Not the quality I expected and I had to return it. The sound lowers when you try to increase it

When i received and used this, the sound quality was less than that of other small, cheap bluetooth speakers I've used/seen. I could have dealt with that, but, aftee using the initial time (for about 15 minutes), after 5 minutes, the maximum volume was cut in half, and it was only at 40% (i fully charged it before using it the second time. Hoping it was a fluke, i charged it again, & the same thing happened after 5 min (max volume cut in half), and this time, it was only at 20%! Every time i turned it on & connected to my phone, phone says battery on speaker is at 100%, then after 5 min of use, it's at less than 50%.

It's okay ! Now hopefully y'all will stop asking me to review this products!

Used this outside and there was not enough volume.

Speaker vibrated off desktop flat or standing place on secure area

Sound crack already, I would buy this brand again.

It sounds halfway decnt, but is absolutely not loud enough.

Very light so when the volume is up the speaker will move around your desk. Also, when calls come through, the speaker will ring super loud and there is no way to turn this off!

Tried to use for webinar sound... it blew within 2 hours and the controls for volume and power were ineffective. Returned this product quickly.

I have had for almost a year, ot does not atay connected ever. You will have to reconnect about every 20 minutes

I must say it lived up to my expectation, I actually thought being a pocket size Bluetooth speaker will affect the sound rather it has an amazing sound which is quite exciting. Am so loving how portable it is, it’s so easy for me to take it around whether am indoor or outdoor and the carabiner clip that comes with it is quite helpful, I have learnt to use it more after the speaker fell off my hand and straight into the water, thankfully it is waterproof so it still worked very well. The battery life too is impressive , when using it during my outdoor activities it’s 6 hours of battery life was more than enough for me. I must say my experience so far using it has been amazing!

Keeps wanting to get unpaired from phone doesn't hold a charge for very long. It is pretty loud but not worth the money. Very small as well.

Doesn't last,I have already replaced it the same thing happened 2 quite working. Soud good at first then down hill

It was great for a good 2 months. I never dropped it but it started turning off on its own after. Even when I had it plugged into an outlet, this would occur.
