Christmas gift broken already.

It's broken already. Charging lights stopped working. I don't think it's charging anymore. It came with a charging cable but no box. Less than a month old and broken. When it worked it worked good, except for the fact that no matter what volume it was on when powering down, when you powered on it was on blasting volume.

It shows i purchased in the store which is incorrect.. i had not been inside the store in over a year until last week and i was there to pick up an air fryer. I called to complain about this mistake and got no help.

Cheap plastic material.from the speaker itself to the clip it comes with. Not loud at all. Sound is very muffled & staticky.
