I called the company and spoke with someone that said " You should had your manual because it's only guaranteed to float in 3 ft of water. No speaker to send back, no proof its defective." He was very rude and refused to let us speak with a supervisor. I was hoping to speak with someone who spoke English better and wasn't reading from a script.
