I go kayaking just about every other weekend and based on where I put the speaker I usually get it pretty wet, but still works with no issues. Only thing is I wish it could be a bit louder/clearer in its audio.

Fairly Loud Ruggedized Small BT Speaker

For my main use case - listening to podcasts and music from my smartphone streaming via Bluetooth, it's fine. It's loud enough to be heard across the room or while in the shower, and the ruggedized construction makes it safe for the bathroom or poolside. The sound quality is good, but not great - a bit on the tinny side, with added bass that can result in a mushy soundscape. The quality is closer to a really powerful transistor radio than a modern soundbar - if you're a serious audiophile you'll hate it, but for listening to music or talk while in the shower it's fine.

Dont expect epic sound but it makes a good ambient sound speaker for background noise and light music. Gets slightly distorted at high volume if you are listening to metal or rap or something of that nature. Battery lasts quite a while. can leave it playing all day at mid volume.
