Great portable speaker for beach. Has been used multiple times and even got wet and it is still working great!

Needs more base or the ability to adjust the base, also if the phone is in a case it will not charge.

Overall good sound and bass, the wireless charging a bit slow.

I bought this on clearance so it was less than half price as regular retail instead of the smaller one that was $10 less and it is awesome. I only wish it came with the mount like the lesser model did. Great sound and much more bass than my older one.

This has been my absolute favorite Bluetooth Speaker ever! the sound is amazing and the quality is as advertised! i take this with me everywhere i go and gives me all day sound and even can charge my phone from it! This has been a good purchase!

Returned 1 cause it was crackley, returned another because it stopped working all together.. third one is still working so far.. but crackley.. on the positive side. It’s square, so it doesn’t roll around in my truck, and seems durable.. for that, I’ll forgive the Mediocre sound quality.

This is a great speaker!! My husband uses it all the time outside to play music from his iPhone. The battery lasts a long time. The speaker sound quality is very good.

Excellent speaker, good sound, good size, and good weight. Exactly what I wanted and works perfectly for camping to cleaning the house. Waterproof means it will go out on the boat, too

Purchased 3 of these speakers since they came out. Quality sound for the price. Waterproof for taking to the pool. Easy to connect to with bluetooth. Happy with my purchase.

Sync's instantly with my iphone! Great sound and goes far too.. wirecharging is great feature! with 2 usb outlets... great for everyday use and outdoor indoor parties etc got it on sale for $149.99 so cant beat that!!!

Yea, Best Buy's timing is great. The solicited this review right after my SECOND unit failed. I've got it packed up an will be returning it today for a refund. I've had two of these units and both have had the same critical failure within a month. I thought it might be me; but, Altec Lansing has confirmed that it's a failure. The bluetooth conects, it'll charge phones wirelessly, the USB works, it shows connected and trys to send music to it on my iPhone; but, no sound comes out. The start up sound when you first turn it on is gone and no other sound imits. While it worked, it sounded great and apparently is resistant to just about anything except, apparently, use. I wasn't even touching it when it failed as it's all run off the phone. Sourly disappointed.

I bought this for my Father. He absolutely loves it. It sounds great and has a wireless charger built in. It is also durable which is great because he is rough with things.

I bought this speaker and was pretty happy with my purchase at first. Loud, great quality, big battery, QI charger for your phone, 2 USB ports. Supposedly it’s even floats in a water, and you can connect up to 50 speakers like that. but I didn’t have a chance to try it. Battery went bad in 1.5 month. And it’s only one 8-9th time I am listening it. Not at max volume. Probably at 30% It will work with power supply plugged in only. Really disappointed with my purchase. Will see what kind of a hustle I will have with a warranty now..

Sounds great for most kinds of music. The battery lasts less than advertised and don’t really care that the volume fades after 8 hours of use.

Speaker is easy to use, battery lasts a long time, speaker can endure rough handling dropping sand water and still keeps playing!

Battery longevity unacceptable. It is useless after 2 years, holds about a 1 hour charge now. Disappointing. Lasted all day when new.

Unfortunately this is my 3rd Super Lifejacket Jolt. I have had 3 previous Altec Lansing speakers and all of them have been awesome. The demo model in the store sounds amazing but every speaker I have gotten has poor sound quality. It’s difficult to describe but it sounds slightly distorted and unclean. My wife didn’t hear it at all with any of the speakers which was frustrating. On the last speaker I made her listen to my old lifejacket side by side to the Jolt Super. She then realized how bad the new one sounded. My old lifejacket sounds way better in regards to sound quality. Anyway, I’ve done some research and read a ton of reviews. From what I gather a lot of people are having trouble in general with this particular speaker.
