This speaker has many awesome functions, great for outside entertainment in any environment

Purchased 11/23/18, speakers completely stopped working during an exercise session 11/24/18, never tried full volume, bass moves phone from wireless charging pad on top, I will NOT be trying another one or even the same brand.

Is not working volume is not working trying to connect but is not working I might have to get a different brand or check if these have a warranty I might be able to get an other one if the store let mi do that thank you these is the first time something happens to me

I've had quite a few speakers in my time, and this one is by far at the top of the list. Sound is crisp and clear even with the volume all the way up (which is quite loud). Great for outdoor use, bonfires and such. Battery life is also great. I highly recommend this speaker!!

you can get much better portable speakers for this price

Took it back after the first day the small rubber tab that you use to remove the USB cover door broke. It's such a small flimsy piece of rubber that is too weak for its intended purpose.

Have owned other AL products with satisfaction, but not this one. Worked and sounded great for two days, then stopped working completely. Returned it and purchased the Mega Boom...very happy now!

I had high expectations for this speaker. The sound is great but it only held a charge for 2 hours. It charged all night and did not last the 20 hours. I will be returning this item.

I absolutely love it, my sons friend forgot his phone charger. He has an android phone. Only kind of phone charger we have are apple. But with this speaker he was able to place his phone on top and charge his phone.

I have two teenage daughter that constantly lose the phone chargers, this Bluetooth speaker having the ability to charge their phones is great! Highly recommended!

After receiving this for Christmas, it broke after less than 2 weeks of use. It just started making a terrible noise that would not stop. And because my wife bought this as a Christmas gift, they said it had been too long to return it. Best Buy wouldn't exchange unless we paid for another service plan. What a rip-off. We had to mail in the speaker to the manufacturer. And then we'll probably just get a repaired product back after waiting all this time. It's shameful- this was supposed to be a durable product.

Would not conect to blue tooth right out of the box. Called the customer support number and no help. Stay away from this brand.

If i could give zero stars I would. I bought this speaker, used it one time, fell in love. The next day it didn't want to connect to my phone. It did finally connect to my husbands phone but it would not play anything. I called their customer service and they were rude. I was not thrilled with he fact that id have to send my speaker out and they told me for them to fix and return would be 4 weeks. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.
