Did not work, still waiting on replacement.

I would highly recommend using them. I purchased these for my daughter, and upon opening we found out they didn’t work. It seemed like one set of the wires was loose or damaged. I contacted the customer service number as instructed, and was told they were aware of the issue and would replace them free of charge. I sent them back within two days of receiving the return labels. I’m not sure why these are still being sold if there is a known problem. They should have been recalled and removed from the shelves. I’m also still waiting on the replacement, but have not received any communication from the company since the initial interaction.
