usb charge port defective

It is nearly impossible to charge because the port does not hold the usb plug securely. it is necessary to gently jiggle the plug until it is just right (the red light comes on)...and any little bump knocks it loose. I have used multiple cords, all of which work fine for other devices, so it IS a mechanical defect of the device itself. Recently I met someone else with the same problem, so this might be more than me just getting a bad one. Beyond this, it is not easy to operate & can be difficult to pair. So, no, I cannot recommend it to others.

Good features, bad quality out of the box

Then battery would not hold charge and had to send back to manufacturer. They did replace with new but took them 2+ weeks to do so. Hoping new unit works now

The main issue is that the speaker does not show when it has reached its max volume. When you turn it up too much. It crackles and has poor audio quality. Other than that I think it is an ok speaker.
