I've had many Bluetooth speakers before, but nothing comes close to the Altec Lansing! I love everything about it and I don't think I'll ever use anything else. The only thing they need to do is make it to where you can skip to the next song from the speaker. This function is not available.

Great bluetooth speaker! Was surprised at how loud it was at the beach and also how long it held a charge! The battery will die a lot faster if you charge your phone but for the money you cannot beat this speaker. Very durable and yes it does charge your phone which is a big plus.

This is the first time I bought Bluetooth speakers. I bought this as a general use speaker for my wife's PC and laptop. Sounds great for small speakers. Using and syncing the Bluetooth is a snap. The only problem is it shuts off automatically if it doesn't sense any audio input. So when she has it attached to her laptop or PC with no audio playing it shuts off and she doesn't have any sound alerts. Her monitors doesn't have any internal speaker. Keeping the volume low while playing music doesn't help either because the volume is to soft. I'm still looking for a way to keep the Bluetooth on constantly even with the power charging cable attached. At this time I would recommend this for a small light weight leisure speaker to listen to movies and music. But not as a general use PC speaker.

Purchased several for gifts. Tested the waterproof - and the speaker is sealed. Sound is great - can make it loud or not, has a good quality, bluetooth is easy to connect to phones. Everyone we have gifted 1 too loves it (all sizes also). great for the river, boating, by the pool, and beach!

The speaker is the perfect size and has great sound. I can use it with my MP3 or any blue tooth devise

Bought these speakers for listening to music with my cell phone. I am so surprised with the sound quality of these speakers. Great sound from such small speakers. Good volume. Good battery life. I really like the rubberized armor coating. I definitely recommend this product.

Husband needed a portable, sturdy Bluetooth speaker option for Pandora listening. He's already used it likely 50 times in the month and a half since he's had it. Sound quality is high, it looks rugged (and man-ish), small enough to easily transport per needs. He loves it.

Needed a speaker for my brother who is currently confined to a bed. Connected immediately for him and delivered great sound and battery life. Since it his mobility is limited, he's at risk to knock it off his night stand, and this device is invincible. Highly recommended.

I looked at quite a few Bluetooth speakers before I bought the Mini Lifejacket 3. Aesthetically speaking, most were hideous, with terrible lines and shapes. Also, many just didn’t sound all that great. Tinny sounding. The Lifejacket 3 has a good sound, especially when you connect it with other Lifejacket speakers, up to 50 apparently. It’s sturdy, aesthetically pleasing AND, if you happen to drop in in the pool or lake it FLOATS! Amazing. One important thing, though, you must be careful when plugging the micro usb cord into the port. It’s kind of delicate and easy to damage - both the port and cord. I’ve already damaged mine. That was kinda disappointing. It still functions, I just have to be super careful when I plug it in. The cool thing is the battery life is roughly 16 hours, so you don’t have to be constantly plugged in. Still, I recommend this product.

I'm well familiar with Altec-Lansing and bought on sale. I mounted it to my bike, using the included bracket. It's compact, loud, weatherproof, is a speakerphone and can operate my iPhone. It has good sound with about all the bass I'd expect from a speaker this size. Solid product.

Love it! Love the sturdiness, the color, that is waterproof, sound quality and portability! The turn on sound is much quieter than the last model but I would still like it even quieter so I can turn it on without everyone in the room knowing but it's not bad :)

This speaker is great quality, very functional, and well designed. I enjoy its portable size, it can be placed pretty much everywhere, it has good sound quality, its brackets are very useful, and it is very resistant to all types of damages. Very good product.
